This is the worst location and it sucks that only 1 bank in this area is open till 5!

Policies of this bank cause most of the problems here, refusal of refunds past cut off dates even when it is a bank error, High fees in general, and steep barriers to open new accounts compared to competitors. In general if you have to engage them in any type of customer service it ends poorly.
