It is very inconvenient to have hours 9 am to 4pm week days. EVERYONE is probably working those hours. that means, your customer would have to take off work, consequently losing money. to come to Keybank to do their banking. Please consider your customers needs and change your business hours to fit the work day schedule. At least open at 8am and stay open till at least 5 or even 6pm.
What a lame response! No wonder this branch has such a low review rating.

These are the rudest tellers in northeast Ohio, Miss Witpam especially. I feel like closing my account she always has a horrible attitude and so rude. If you hate your job that much work elsewhere, It’s obvious way this branch is rated 2.3 stars.

Younger ladies at front desk never want to help, love to deny requests, and present an overall demeanor that they simply don't want to be there. Veteran ladies like Cathy are great, you must make it through the negative front desk ladies to typically get access to experienced bankers unfortunately. Negative experience virtually everytime I deal with them- again Cathy is excellent.

I have had so many issues with this branch, it truly boils my blood. The most recent fiasco is that my credit card through them expired in May, a new one was supposedly sent to me and I never received it. I called mid June and spoke to Dennis who ordered me another over the phone and I never received that one. I called again and spoke to Tyler who ordered me ANOTHER one and had it shipped to the store, he said it should take maybe a week to be delivered and he would call. It has been almost two weeks and still no call. I called today and spoke to Pam and she said there is no card for me in the store and no record of one even being ordered for me. She couldn’t give me any answers and told me she would have Tyler call me back later. I am leaving for vacation saturday and have no credit card, I am going on 3 months with no credit card. This is one of several issues with this bank. When I had my checks printed through them they printed my routing number incorrectly and it made my rent check bounce. When I had my debit card ordered through them I had a similar issue receiving the card in the mail. I get charged random fees for using my own money. It is so ridiculous and if it wasn’t such a hassle for me personally I would switch banks in a heartbeat.

I have been a Keybank member since 1974. At that time is was Harter Bank, then it was Society Bank. Then of course Key. My checking account was being debited due to an error. I scheduled an appointment with Dennis at the Belden location. The appointment was scheduled for 10:00 and was scheduled by Dennis. I showed up at 9:45 and patiently waited for Dennis. His desk was empty. Soon 10:15 rolled around and still no Dennis. There was a young woman at a desk that's next to Dennis's desk. Although I can't remember her name, she had two pictures on her desk of her pet Doberman dogs. Anyway....She saw that I was still waiting for Dennis to show up. So, she kindly helped me. She sent Dennis a text message and then said he was out in his car taking a break. Hmmmm . He never showed up so the kind woman did help me resolve that issue. Then again I had another problem with the same company. Dennis told me I had to come in because my problem was too complicated to handle over the phone. I explained to him I was just there the day before and had made several trips to that location that same week. He refused to help me over the phone. After hanging up after that conversation I called the corporate office in Cleveland and the employee there handled my problem in minutes. Yet Dennis refused to help me yet again. I don't know why he is still there. If this happened to me, I know it's happened to others.

The lobby is filled with patrons as the branch manager and another associate sit there as the 2 tellers are trying to take care of the guest. However they are also doing the drive thru as well. Worst branch customer service

Policies of this bank cause most of the problems here, refusal of refunds past cut off dates even when it is a bank error, High fees in general, and steep barriers to open new accounts compared to competitors. In general if you have to engage them in any type of customer service it ends poorly.
