“I was skeptical about this place but when I walked in …. I met the girl Melissa and she was very helpful and professional. I ended up spending $900 because of her superior customer service. I bought a king bed frame, full bed frame, dining table and rug plus delivery. I definitely recommend this company , Melissa and the delivery drivers were nice and professional too. My furniture came without damage and with all pieces, very sturdy quality.”

“Stopped in to replace my wife’s $1200 Human Scale chair, after sharing some pictures, NEO Desk helped us order replacement arm pads for $70 instead of a whole new chair. Thank you for saving us a bunch of $$.”

“Can not say enough great things about the service I received this past weekend. I called about a random unknown part to my pool trying to first find out the name of the part and second if they had it. Kenzie went above and beyond digging and digging not only finding a diagram to identify the part but also searching her entire inventory to make sure I was taken care of. Good customer service is certainly hard to find now a days but not here. She was wonderful and I can’t thank her enough for her time and expertise.”
