“This review is for the Print Shop Manager Tyler. I ordered a large canvas print and when I went to pick it up, I noticed it had a few defects on it. I called the store and spoke to Tyler. He assured me that they would reprint it for me.
I came back the next day and watched Tyler himself make my order over again, making sure that it came out perfect. Tyler displayed excellent customer service and I just want to make sure credit gets placed where it is due. This print was for something very important to me, and seeing it become a personal mission that Tyler wanted to complete made me feel seen as a customer. Thank you, Tyler.
