“My new favorite pet store! I’ve been on a search for some small aquatic turtles. I went to a handful of big chain pet stores without any luck of inventory or advice so, this place was a happy find! They had the exact turtles I was looking for and a great bundle deal on all of the supplies needed. They were friendly, and very knowledgeable. The reward program was another perk! Most of all, I appreciated the welcoming and friendly environment and staff, regardless of my three young children excitedly checking everything out! There was no waiting around for service. I was helped out right away. My family resides about 30 minute away but the small trip was worth it. Very happy customer and pets!”

The sales associate went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me, looking things up on the internet to direct me to the best food, and also said she could order things if they didn't have them in stock.
