Some items found at True Value you can’t find at the mega stores and you’ll never get service like this at the mega stores. I have not noticed their prices are excessive, and I am in and out quickly (my time is worth something!). I am so glad to have them in the neighborhood, and I hope they never go away!”

“Pat Supplies Plus curbside delivery is excellent. I ordered dog food in the morning and soon received a notice that my order was ready. When I arrived in the parking lot, I dialed the number on the sign and a friendly employee delivered the order to my car. Much appreciated because I have a broken ankle.”

“I don't normally write reviews but I thought this place deserved one. The cages for the animals were very nice and it had lots of enrichment for them. Unlike normal pet stores that put them in a standard cage these had set ups that definitely showed they cared about the health of the animals. The lady was super nice and said she had just bought the place a few weeks ago. However the place already looked great. I have never been here before so I don't know what the previous owner had set it up like but the animals were all definitely cared for properly and the lady was super funny and friendly. I will definitely be coming back.”

“GREAT pet store and community resource for reptile pets. I had no reptile experience, but got my daughter a bearded dragon from there due to cat/dog allergies. They supported us through the whole experience, from setting up the habitat to feeding, and have been a great source of knowledge. Our beardie is healthy and easy to handle, and I give a lot of credit to Whiskers for that. Definitely recommend!”

I got there 30 mins before they opened and had planned on waiting when the gentleman arrived to work early he was kind and invited me in before they opened. His service was amazing and quick. He suggested a different route to go then what I was planning on doing that mourning but it was a awesome deal kept my number and everything. Thanks page plus I'm a customer for life now!!!”
“I’ve been bringing my dogs for grooming for a few years now. One of my dogs is skittish about the grooming process, but I have found that Madison does an awesome job cutting her and is always happy to see her. I appreciate her patience and the great job that she does! My other dog recently saw Clare and they did an amazing job!! I was so impressed with how white her fur was and the thorough brushing she received.

“Tractor supply, believe it or not, has little hidden gems.In there that nobody knows anything about they sell clothes.They sell little items for your garden.They sell different types of candy, old, fashioned candy that you're not gonna find in any typical store.Sometimes it's always good to step outside your comfort zone and check out.These places you'd be surprised at what you would find, not just for yourself.But maybe for a member of your family”

“Love the fact that at their Massillon store you have the whole warehouse available if it is not something they have on their shelves. Staff have always been friendly and helpful and willing to answer questions and give the best advice that they may know!
