“She is fun, she knows the clothes by stich, cut, name, and most importantly she comes to you, with options- her name is Ashley! This personal stylist encouraged me to come to her Buckle location at Belden Village Mall in Canton after we chatted earlier in the week about my need for a tall-size jean. From start to finish, she has, “got you!” and she makes an in-store experience a rare and precious find in our current e-commerce age. But this is what her and the Buckle staff are all about- personal attention, and excellent customer service. There are even different payment options, like After Pay. I left with more than one pair of jeans, but rather a collection of casual attire comprised of, varied, yet incredibly soft textures, phenomenal comfort, and glove-like fit for all items purchased. Highly recommended. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Ashley and Buckle team!”

“I cannot say enough about Sam that works here! I went in for a return and mentioned that I was in desperate need for new bras. She measured me - I was NOT wearing the correct size at all, not even close. She was SO helpful, made me feel comfortable, and I loved her sweet, spunky personality! She
even dug out bras for me in the clearance racks that worked for me! So thankful for her and her amazing customer service! I always dread shopping and she made it such a fun, pleasant experience! She even made my husband feel comfortable as he patiently waited. Thank you, Sam! ?”
“This is the coolest JCPenney I've ever been to, because in the back of the store by the women's shoes, you can peer through a window into a piece of Canton history long left to rot. There's an old power box on that wall with the loudest hum I've ever heard, so needless to say, one step into that corridor and that's it. There's something so strangely beautiful about seeing this last little section of what was once a social hub for the city; where first dates were had, friendships were made, and core memories were formed; and to have it intact yet in ruins right on public display like a museum exibit you can view but not touch. For whatever reason, the white vinyl that covered the window was torn off, and it made for easily the coolest thing I've ever seen inside a store.”
