“Bought the Hooded Sweatshirt and Beanie for Christmas gifts last year and everyone absolutely LOVED them. One of my favorite things is that the embroidery I had done on the front does not show through thanks to the embroidery port. Nice touch! I am already getting my order ready for this year. We decided to go with the hooded work jacket, can't beat the price, and we know it's great quality. I highly recommend this brand.”

“I had ordered an item online to be sent to a mall in aurora, IL for pickup. It somehow got sent to this store here in Ohio. After numerous attempts to get ahold of a francesca’s representative through their help line and email, my last Hope was to contact this store. I’m not sure the name of the employee at this store, but she was very helpful in tracking down my package. She took down my address and scheduled it to be sent straight to my house. Thank you for all your help making sure my order gets to me! Great customer service.”

“The young lady's working there were SUPER!! Friendly, Helpful, Extremely Helpful and so Genuine they made my experience so much better! However the manager that was in the store was moody, grumpy and not in anyway friendly! Even spoke to her at one point and I got no response. She said all of the proper things a sales person would with absolutely no feeling or genuine meaning behind them! Almost to the point she made me feel like my shopping there was inconvenient for her! This is the second time I have delt with her, the first time I convinced myself she was just having an off day. Well...that isn't the case with this young woman.”

Their clothing is so comfortable and fits perfectly, they sell top quality merch for insanely good prices and everything is made right here in town by amazingly talented people. “I was actually surprised at the shoe selection they had. They didn't sell many larger shoes though. I found a few 8s but I could not find many 9 or 10s. Very nice selection of clothing for a younger group. I was also surprised about the sizes they carried in stores. Some of their clothing goes to a 3x its a very limited plus size selection but nice they still offer it.”
