“I'm a US Bank customer who often uses the Marengo branch because of it"s convenient location between Mt Vernon and Columbus. Recently I had a check deposit problem (no fault of the bank's). Erin Kelty, the branch manager, was on it Day One, cut through the red tape and had the problem solved in a few hours! She, her assistant Cindy, and the rest of her staff are polite, personable, caring and efficient. I heartily recommend this branch to locals and non-locals alike!”

“Pretty okay bank. I’ve been a customer since I was a child and I have never had any problems with them. Some inconveniences but no real problems. Every once in a while the atm won’t work. You can get 20s or 5s out of the atm though, the 5s are handy. The atm is walk up only. They have a drive through for regular banking. Chase is in a convenient location right on the square with several parking options.”
