“Took a vehicle in that had already been diagnosed with a strut issue and was making a clicking noise when i accelerated and stopped.These guys not only found that the strut was ok but found out that a control arm bushing and bolt were not tightened from a previous (not at Kiddles) repair. Cost was 20% of what I anticipated when I took it in. These guys don't seem like they just swap out parts. Very appreciative of their work and honesty.”
“Great and friendly service with double and cross checks to make sure your car is fully serviced and road ready. No appointment needed and I didn't wait very long to get serviced. The only downside is that my car requires high end oil and there's an additional premium built into the service price. At the current price I'm not willing to change my own oil so it's a bitter pill I have to swallow.”

“This place has amazing service !! We were traveling thru the area and blew a trailer tire on the interstate. After discovering the spare I had wouldn’t fit I disconnected the trailer and took the blown tire to Walt Luti tire a few miles away .. the shop was full but they immediately took my tire and within 10 min I was on the road .. I then discovered my other tire was over 20 yr old and I had a 700 mile trip ahead of me so I took the trailer to them again to change the old tire so I wouldn’t have another blow out .. They again had me back up to the shop and right away changed my tire and had me on the road in in few minutes . It was amazing service and friendly people!!!”
“The location on Alex Rd/Springboro Pike is fantastic. Service is quick, the technicians are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They do not pressure you to purchase addditonal services either! I'm in and out in 10-15 minutes!”
“This was my first experience and these guys are absolutely BRILLIANT!!!!! I have a Ford Explorer. I initially called and spoke with Nathan. He asked if I could have the vehicle to him that day. (shock #1). I got the car to them that afternoon. He said he would call me once they looked at it and give me an estimate. Later that afternoon he called with the estimate. (2) rear mufflers and flex pipe was deteriorated. He quoted me half of what I was expecting it to be!!! (shock #2). He said he would order the parts. Next day (mid-morning). They called to say the car was done and I could come and get it! I can't give enough praise to this local crew. The vehicle sounds like new!!! Big Al's definitely deserves your business! GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!”

“Nick helped me a lot today. a very nice guy who did what he couldn't do in the other two walmarts! he checked my battery and found out that it was boring to replace it. although elsewhere I was told that it was fine. but it was not OK. it died every five minutes. thank you for your work. i replaced the battery and left happy.”
“I had a nail in my tire and CeCe was able to repair it vs. having to buy a new one. CeCe's customer service is phenomenal! I spoke with her a few months ago regarding a battery for my stepdaughter's car. At that time she again had great customer service. Also the knowledge she has in the service department is excellent! CeCe had quite a few customers as I was waiting and she managed them like a champ. It's hard to come by good customer service nowadays, but CeCe gave me hope. I will definitely be returning to Walmart Service Center in Middletown. CeCe is personable and professional! She deserves a raise!Service: Tires”
“Had a 1pm appointment to get new tires, they were backed up and didn't get to my car until an hour later. Other than that the staff was friendly and they tag teamed to get mine and other cars done in a reasonable amount of time. I'll probably only go there for tire rotation but I left satisfied.”
