“Prices are significantly higher than that of Rural King, which would be my only complaint. If you don't get control of your inflated pricing, you will be the next on the chopping block. Furthermore, the fact that you have 2 TSC stores in Lancaster, population 40,000+/-, means that you are cannibalizing your own stores, monopolizing the area, in an attempt to keep the likes of Rural King out. This doesn't mean you're a "bad" store. To the contrary, TSC is a great store. You need to consider adjusting your profit margin expectations and pass the savings on to the customers. The increase in traffic would offset your adjusted net profit expectations, thus appeasing your shareholders.”
“I was in the Kohl's store in Lancaster, Ohio shopping for a baby shower gift and was very pleased to find that Kohl's was having a nice sale on Carter Baby Clothing. I love shopping for baby clothing and other Carter products. with the sale, I was able to purchase several very nice outfits for the first time Mom to use for her new arrival. I also was able to purchase several articles for myself. I would like to mention the young lady, Laura that checked me out at the register. She was very pleasant, cheerful and helpful. It is always nice to have a nice cheerful professional person checking you out or helping you find something you are looking to purchase. I only really had any contact with one other employee while shopping. I had to ask where the cards and wrapping products were now. Since I shopped at your store last, there had been a lot of changes. I stopped a lady employee and ask where it was located, she told me right away. She too was pleasant. Sorry But I didn't get her name. “I always love visiting Target because it offers a wide variety of trendy clothes, board games and home accessories. Notably, Target has an excellent section of $1-$5 goods that changes seasonally. Also, Target offers exclusive items that can only be purchased at Target, such as specific LEGO sets.”

“The guys at the Canal Winchester Walmart auto center were very nice and helpful. Much better service than the Reynoldsburg Walmart Auto Center. I was having 2 tires put on my car, on the front, and I think they did a good job. It didn’t take very long either, only about 30 minutes or so. We just walked around Walmart until they were done. Originally I was planning on having my tires put on at the Reynoldsburg location but when I tried to schedule my appointment, the guy tried to tell me that they were all booked up until next year. This was around Thanksgiving weekend and I bought the tires during Black Friday sale.”

“I love the really unique items tractor Supply has. Lots of things from decorating your home to caring for your pets. They have everything it seems for your lawn, garden, flowers and more. I really love the place where you can bring your dog in and bath them yourself. Lots of different soaps to use; they supply the soap, towels and there is even a table to blow dry your dog and comb them. The cost varies per size of your dog. I don't think anyone will be disappointed. Tractor Supply is one of favorite stores to go too when I'm looking for something. So happy they are near my home. ❤️”
