“It was wonderful to see the store well stocked and organized. I saw at least 5 people busy stocking the store. They were helpful walking me to the item I needed. One of the better Dollar Trees.”

“The employees are nice. The store is fairly clean and organized for the most part. The front area of the store (behind the cash registers) seems to always be cluttered with misc things. That also goes for the unused check out lanes too.”
“Store sometimes has skids of product out that aren't put away that can make it look cluttered. Aisles are narrow so it can make checking lower shelves difficult for a taller person. Check out is typically pretty fast. Good location for walking if you live in a nearby neighborhood.”
“Dollar Stores are great... A handy real quick in a bind don't really need to get a lot kind of store!! Rockbridge Ohio has a great store and the new one on Broad St. Lancaster Ohio is a nice one!!!”
“The store was neat & uncluttered. The isles are arranged logically, which is always a plus when in a hurry! And also the items on the shelves in the isles are displayed in a neat & orderly fashion as well. There is a pretty decent selection of all the various item for sale from what I could tell (3+ different brands/type/color/size/scent etc. of what you are looking for. I was able to find everything on my moderately long shopping list that I needed without any problems. Each staff member that I had an encounter with was helpful & friendly. And my checkout was quick & hassle free.”
“Great place to shop if you're single & looking for smaller sizes of certain products. For example rather than $5-$6 for a bottle of Heinz 57 or a bottle of A1 that will last you for a lifetime. You can buy smaller bottles for $1.25 that you'll be able to use up.”
“This store used to be a mess and I couldn't stand to go in there because of the incompetence of the employees in the absolute ridiculous things that went on in that store that I'm not even going to go into. I I swore after the last time that I would never go back but I went in the other night and I was so pleasantly surprised! From what I can tell they have hired new employees who are super friendly and always willing to help. The store itself was very clean and put together very nicely. It was not perfect but you can tell the new employees take pride in the store and making it look presentable for the customers. A major Improvement and I will definitely be back to shop. Great job you guys! I highly recommend this location”
“Store is always kept clean/tidy when I’ve been, never really see stuff out of stock. Staff has always been nice to me and helped me find some stuff I was looking for. Quick checkout cause there’s always someone up front. I like going here and cashier said the manager (Amanda?) worked hard to to improve the store. It shows.”
“In store was getting prepared for Easter. It had all kinds of paraphernalia ready for customers to pick up and take home to decorate. The cashier was very friendly and answered my question with authority.”
“Very nice store the time we went. Not too many people so we were in & out. Got what we needed & will come back next time we are in this area. Some items are $1.25 since Dollar Tree bought the stores. Mostly items are over $3.00 but in larger Ounces! Kind of like Dollar General prices & items like milk, eggs, frozen entrees, cooking gadgets etc ????? ⚽️”
“My car was hit in the parking lot as a thief was leaving the scene. I always park out facing the street rather than the spaces facing the store, in order to stay out of the fray. It was not a robbery, just a shoplifter who knows how to stay out of camera range. He backed straight back and smashed my little Hyundai Veloster with his Denali, again, to stay out of camera range. I was just going in to get some boxes cuz I’m moving.
The store manager Heidi was so apologetic and empathetic. I really appreciated that. I waited about an hour and a half for the police but they finally came.
I have always liked this store and it was in good shape that day. I know it’s hard to find people to work. But Heidi is a really great manager. I highly recommend this Dollar General.”
