“I came on the Saturday after Black Friday right at opening to pick up FROMM dog food. At the check out the associate was so nice (I wish I remembered her name). She noticed I was buying salmon food and gave me some sample salmon treats. My dog LOVED the sample treats. She brought warmth to the store and started my day off GREAT. Small acts of kindness can go a long way. Thank you for going above and beyond!”
“Outstanding job of washing and trimming my six month old Belgian Malinois claws, they took him in the grooming area and normally groomer ask for assistance handling him, as they are a little intimidated by a Malagator, however, Mandy met him engaged with him and they were buddies. Without incidents. I received a call a short time later that my mali was ready for pickup. Mandy was great an f my Mali now walks with a little more swagger. Thanks for the good experience.”
“A different way to do a review but, my dad has been buying sweet corn seeds from them for well over 30 years. I live in Clark county and drive all the way in to get bodacious and peaches and cream sweet corn from them every planting season.

“Tractor Supply in Lancaster was a quick and easy stop. I placed an online order for pickup and everything went smoothly, plus the price was great. TSC is our go to for animal supplies, so it was funny to end up finding a Christmas decoration we wanted after the holidays.
The location itself is a bit odd, tucked off the main strip, and the shopping center feels dated and lacking energy. Still, the staff was helpful and the pickup process made it worth the stop.”
“I placed an order online for my dog Levi. When I went to pick up my order Cassandra informed me that the order went to Cincinnati instead of Lancaster. She said their system has done that with customers previously. Cassandra called the store in Cincinnati to cancel my order & took care of me at my PetSmart in Lancaster. Cassandra was super nice & helpful! All places need wonderful employees like Cassandra!”

“Today, I took my Cockapoo and my Cavapoo for the first time to get groomed by Julia and Gabby. We have always gone to a private groomer but decided to try Pet Smart as it was easier to get booked this month. I was apprehensive based on the reviews however, Julia and Gabby did an amazing on both of my babies. They listened to what I was asking for and executed well! Both of my girls are home happy, clean and look wonderful. We will be returning in 6 weeks to Julia and Gabby.”

“I love the really unique items tractor Supply has. Lots of things from decorating your home to caring for your pets. They have everything it seems for your lawn, garden, flowers and more. I really love the place where you can bring your dog in and bath them yourself. Lots of different soaps to use; they supply the soap, towels and there is even a table to blow dry your dog and comb them. The cost varies per size of your dog. I don't think anyone will be disappointed. Tractor Supply is one of favorite stores to go too when I'm looking for something. So happy they are near my home. ❤️”
