“The young lady in the dog grooming area is absolutely amazing. She is so friendly and very good with the dogs. The price to clip nails was more than half less than everyone else. The store is very clean and stocked with everything. I will DEFINITELY be a regular customer now!!”
“I came on the Saturday after Black Friday right at opening to pick up FROMM dog food. At the check out the associate was so nice (I wish I remembered her name). She noticed I was buying salmon food and gave me some sample salmon treats. My dog LOVED the sample treats. She brought warmth to the store and started my day off GREAT. “A different way to do a review but, my dad has been buying sweet corn seeds from them for well over 30 years. I live in Clark county and drive all the way in to get bodacious and peaches and cream sweet corn from them every planting season.

“Prices are significantly higher than that of Rural King, which would be my only complaint. If you don't get control of your inflated pricing, you will be the next on the chopping block. Furthermore, the fact that you have 2 TSC stores in Lancaster, population 40,000+/-, means that you are cannibalizing your own stores, monopolizing the area, in an attempt to keep the likes of Rural King out. This doesn't mean you're a "bad" store. To the contrary, TSC is a great store. You need to consider adjusting your profit margin expectations and pass the savings on to the customers. The increase in traffic would offset your adjusted net profit expectations, thus appeasing your shareholders.”

“I placed an order online for my dog Levi. When I went to pick up my order Cassandra informed me that the order went to Cincinnati instead of Lancaster. She said their system has done that with customers previously. Cassandra called the store in Cincinnati to cancel my order & took care of me at my PetSmart in Lancaster. Cassandra was super nice & helpful! All places need wonderful employees like Cassandra!”
“I was told to come to tractor supply for supplies for my pocket pets bc its so much cheaper than amazon, Walmart, petsmart, etc. And its so true! They are so much cheaper even when petsmart is having sales. I totally recommend checking this place out. The customer service was great too. The stuff I needed was easy to find without assistance. Not only was she so kind, she explained why things were different with our groom. She then fixed up our dog and made her look absolutely perfect. I highly recommend her and if you have questions on wheat you need done she can guide you on what you need to do. I appreciate how kind she was.”

“I love the really unique items tractor Supply has. Lots of things from decorating your home to caring for your pets. They have everything it seems for your lawn, garden, flowers and more. I really love the place where you can bring your dog in and bath them yourself. Lots of different soaps to use; they supply the soap, towels and there is even a table to blow dry your dog and comb them. The cost varies per size of your dog. I don't think anyone will be disappointed. Tractor Supply is one of favorite stores to go too when I'm looking for something. So happy they are near my home. ❤️”
