I needed a new phone upgrade and Zach was very helpful! He's a very sweet, kind and knowledgeable young man! I spoke with Dave too while waiting for my info to transfer and he was also great--- Carrollton branch has a wonderful team!

Dave the manager @ Carrollton and his coworker, Zach was very helpful in recovering my info from my phone @ the bottom of the lake. We encountered problems but they were persistent in helping me and solved the problem! Highly recommend!

Verizon in Carrollton Ohio is the worse. The ppl are rude and have no professionalism what so ever. Your better off to go to Minerva. The workers are terrific there.

The staff here are awesome! I can’t say enough how glad I am this is my local store now that we’ve moved. I spoke with two young men in the past week, and they were very helpful and friendly. Best Verizon I’ve ever been to!

The employees in the Carrollton Verizon store are excellent. Very personable and friendly and very knowledgeable. Great service. Probably the best I've ever received. I can't remember the girls name but she was wonderful. I hope she gets a raise.Higher up management and marketing on the other hand needs a complete overhaul though.First car chargers stopped being included when you bought a phone. I along with many other people were upset but we dealt with it. And now wall chargers are not included when you buy a phone. What? An essential piece to the phone that without it the phone doesn't work is not included. Makes zero sense. That's like selling a new car without the engine. Ridiculous.I guess people just don't care because I haven't heard anyone else complain. But that is horrible business practice. And I only found out I didn't have a charger when I drove the 25 minutes to get home after buying the phone and saw it was only at 33% battery. So I looked for the charger in the boxes and there was none. So now I have to drive the 30 minute drive again to go spend the $20 so that I can actually use my phone. Absolutely unbelievable.If you guys need a new marketing team I would be glad to take over. I would simply tack on another 35 to 40 dollars(which is a drop in the bucket for a $1,700 phone and start including wall and car chargers with. Every phone sold. And you will have happy customers. You will retain customers and also steal customers from other providers since I learned tonight that other carriers also do not include chargers with their phones. And essentially make a lot more money. Lol. It is almost laughable. I am a techie person and own a-lot of electric gadgets, tools, toys, bikes, etc.... and every single one comes with a charger.
