“Back in the 2000's my vehicle fleet was 8 to 10 years old and needed auto repairs at times and went to Jim's to get parts that were available from other cars great experience. When dealing with this establishment back then he always seemed to put the customer first and went the extra mile.
Haven't had the need to go back and have any service or parts as my fleet of vehicles has gotten newer.
Had a issue recently with a engine problem contacted Jim the new exactly the fix and quoted price could get me in right away. Took the vehicle over and he repaired the vehicle in a timely manner went the extra mile and installed Factory parts. When questioning him about issues with this type of engine he was more than eager to help explain preventative measures to keep the car running for a very long time.
He seems to be a very hard worker which is rare. And still seems to put the customers first. I paid for my purchase and gave him a tip just because he cares. Thanks Bud.”

“We had a customer of ours that was in an accident and got a quote from Precision Body & Frame. They went with another shop for less money. However, the other shop didn't take photos they needed for the claim. Not only did precision keep the photos but sent them over for the customer to help process their claim free of charge. These guys are doing the right things for the right reasons. That's worth extra money and can be the difference between getting your claim paid quickly and the claim being a hassle.”
“Was having battery problems with my car. I wasn't aware they did auto batteries, amongst many other kinds of vehicles, and gadgets. Alissa had my battery put in and I was gone in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend.”
“Needed some new O2 sensors for my 2010 f150. Went to advanced in town on Monday they told me they couldn't have them until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday and were going to charge me almost $400. So I drove down to Napa they had one of the O2 sensors I needed and could get the other one by 7:30 a.m. Tuesday for almost $100 cheaper!!!!”
