“I would like to recognize Aden who recently sold me a vehicle at Firelands Toyota. He made the experience very easy for me and in my eyes as a customer he did all of the right things. I drove 2.5 hours to their location and he provided excellent communication before making the drive out there making sure I was well informed about the vehicle. Other dealerships have left me disappointed when I arrived in person to see the vehicle up close but in this case it was exactly as Aden described. He came across as very genuine and personable throughout the experience while having the utmost professionalism.
I would also like to recognize Trey who handled all of the financing and paperwork for my transaction. He made sure I understood all of the paperwork and explained everything I had to sign and made that part of the process easy.
Most importantly, I'm extremely happy with my new vehicle and am so glad I made the trip out there to get it. The whole experience could not have gone any better. Thank you!”

“I had a giant rust hole in the middle of the door of my car. I was worried about taking it to a shop and having it come out looking ugly. I asked a few people where they recommended to take my car and they all said Ival's. I called them up, dropped the car off, and had a completely fixed car in a few days! It was fairly inexpensive compared to other car work I've had done and I can't even tell where the repair is! The door looks brand new! I am extremely pleased and I would recommend them to work on your car, especially if you care about details and looks! My car was ready for a car wash immediately after picking it up.”

“We are from Michigan and were driving to Cedar Point. On the way to Cedar Point we couldn’t avoid a broken tire on the road. It bumped the protective cover on the underside of the car and it started dragging. Galloway Automotive was able to get us in quickly and take a look to make sure there wasn’t any more damage. They were then able to put some screws into the underside so that we could enjoy our day at Cedar Point, and then get home safely. Very grateful for their kindness and flexibility.”

“Had a gate at my job malfunction and close on me while coming in. Destroyed the side of my car pretty badly. Popped my back tire and ripped through the paint front to back.
These guy did such a good job of fixing my vehicle is looked as nice as the day I pulled my vehicle, new, from the lot. They also fixed some dents and dings that weren't part of the damage and fix some other trim pieces that popped up over time and reseated them
10/10 for work quality ?
