“We were traveling on the Ohio Turnpike today when our charging system light came on. The next exit was Sandusky so we got off and headed to a battery store. Two staff members came out and tested the battery, which was OK. They spent time explaining what other issues there could be and recommended going to Auto Zone for diagnostics for the alternator. We appreciated their help!! That did turn out to be the problem! Thank you so much for helping these travelers out!!”

“"Just looking" turned into a very nice purchase event for us. We had visited the lot on Labor Day and noticed a nice looking Toyota Highlander. Not really in the market for another vehicle, (we have 4 already) we thought it wouldn't hurt to LOOK. Returned on Friday that week and it was still there so it must have been meant to be. Upon arrival a very personable and polite young man Deven approached us and asked if we had any questions. Of course that led to a test drive and then a conference on how we could take this car home. Paperwork was completed quickly and it now sits in our driveway! Would like to encourage anyone that is 'looking' or not to stop by and just say hi to the people there. “It seems as if this Walmart location is starting to take steps to better organize their store, which is great considering how bad it was a year ago. Typically, I drive the 20 minutes into Norwalk to go to Walmart, as that store tends to be much cleaner, more organized, and feels safer to be in, but lately I have been going to the Sandusky location for a few items and the experience has become much more positive. I feel like I can finally go in there and find what I am looking for without the store being an epic mess.”

I don't care what people say about the Walmart batteries I've been using them for 20-plus years and never had a single problem out of them. I have a battery in my truck right now that is over 10 years old and still crank in the truck like it was day 1.”
