“I just purchased my car a month ago from the best sales lady Susan! She not only went above and beyond for me to get my car in with a concern of mine very quickly! The Service team was also amazing, Lizzie was so sweet, very thorough and helpful and I could not be more pleased with where I purchased my vehicle! I told them I am not use to this because of where I previously purchased a vehicle and they made sure to reassure me they will never be like that! If I could rate them 10 stars I would! Thank you ladies so much!”

“I would like to recognize Aden who recently sold me a vehicle at Firelands Toyota. He made the experience very easy for me and in my eyes as a customer he did all of the right things. I drove 2.5 hours to their location and he provided excellent communication before making the drive out there making sure I was well informed about the vehicle. Other dealerships have left me disappointed when I arrived in person to see the vehicle up close but in this case it was exactly as Aden described. He came across as very genuine and personable throughout the experience while having the utmost professionalism. I would also like to recognize Trey who handled all of the financing and paperwork for my transaction. He made sure I understood all of the paperwork and explained everything I had to sign and made that part of the process easy. Most importantly, I'm extremely happy with my new vehicle and am so glad I made the trip out there to get it. The whole experience could not have gone any better. Thank you!”

“Arthur P gives you old-fashioned, professional service that you can trust. This is the second time I’ve gone into the store and both times he helped me. Some of these stores treat women badly, I feel like I’m asking a very smart friend for help. Highly recommend.”

“We are from Michigan and were driving to Cedar Point. On the way to Cedar Point we couldn’t avoid a broken tire on the road. It bumped the protective cover on the underside of the car and it started dragging. Galloway Automotive was able to get us in quickly and take a look to make sure there wasn’t any more damage. They were then able to put some screws into the underside so that we could enjoy our day at Cedar Point, and then get home safely. Very grateful for their kindness and flexibility.”

“I had a giant rust hole in the middle of the door of my car. I was worried about taking it to a shop and having it come out looking ugly. I asked a few people where they recommended to take my car and they all said Ival's. I called them up, dropped the car off, and had a completely fixed car in a few days! It was fairly inexpensive compared to other car work I've had done and I can't even tell where the repair is! The door looks brand new! I am extremely pleased and I would recommend them to work on your car, especially if you care about details and looks! My car was ready for a car wash immediately after picking it up.”

“I'd like to thank Dewey Hall and Zach Horner at the store for all their help with replacing the wiper blades on my wife's car. They looked up the numbers for her Honda CRV but the Bosch blades were different design from driver to passenger and didn't have the correct pieces to make them fit. They looked through many different packages before finding the right parts to make them work. They went above and beyond to help make them work and am grateful for all their help. Thanks again. Ted Spilka”

“Went to Advanced last week and was quickly greeted and assisted with a new battery. The neighboring competitors would not replace my battery due to having to take the filter off to get to it but the gentleman working was so polite and acted like it was his privilege to help me. His name was Mike and I really do appreciate the time he took out to help. He is an asset to the crew and I will be a returning customer because of him solely!”
