“Went in today to just see what our options were to trade in our mini van. We were greeted by Susan Missig and she listened to my husband and I and before we knew it she had us test driving a 2021 Jeep Gladiator. We are so in love with it and she was AMAZEBALLS from going over everything, making sure we had snacks and water, we talked about everything and learned we actually live close by each other and know a lot of the same people. “Excellent service department. After the issues I had with my truck from the dealership I purchased from (Liberty Ford) it was a breath of fresh air to have skilled mechanics do such an excellent job on my repairs. Even before looking at the truck, just based on a quick video I showed them of a leak I had they said it was probably the water pump. They did the diagnostic and sure enough it was the water pump. They also took care of some rubbing noises in my steering column without being asked. They just noticed it while pulling the truck in and fixed it for me. Recall work was also done without prompting, they seen the recall pop up with vin check and took care of it. They even fixed a prior issue I had with my wiper fluid that the purchasing dealership was supposed to fix but their "fix" only lasted a week. I'm confident in Myers enough that it's truly fixed.Overall, I don't think my experience could have been any better. I will be taking my truck here for any and all future repairs going forward.Highly recommend!!”

“We were traveling on the Ohio Turnpike today when our charging system light came on. The next exit was Sandusky so we got off and headed to a battery store. Two staff members came out and tested the battery, which was OK. They spent time explaining what other issues there could be and recommended going to Auto Zone for diagnostics for the alternator. We appreciated their help!! That did turn out to be the problem! Thank you so much for helping these travelers out!!”
“We had a customer of ours that was in an accident and got a quote from Precision Body & Frame. They went with another shop for less money. However, the other shop didn't take photos they needed for the claim. Not only did precision keep the photos but sent them over for the customer to help process their claim free of charge. These guys are doing the right things for the right reasons. That's worth extra money and can be the difference between getting your claim paid quickly and the claim being a hassle.”

“Needed some new O2 sensors for my 2010 f150. Went to advanced in town on Monday they told me they couldn't have them until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday and were going to charge me almost $400. So I drove down to Napa they had one of the O2 sensors I needed and could get the other one by 7:30 a.m. Tuesday for almost $100 cheaper!!!!”
