The store manager is rude and mean and disrespectful to her employees. Down grading them in front of customers. Sometimes it’s not the company that is bad. It’s bad leadership. But I guess Jake doesn’t care if his store manager are abusing there employees as long as they are getting things done right. Crystal you need a lesson on customer service and how to be a leader instead of a bully.

I currently have a warranty on my phone but was considering upgrading to a better model. Unfortunately, my experience at the Cricket store was disappointing. The manager came across as dismissive and seemed annoyed to even be helping me. I own a Motorola Razr 2024, which does use a SIM card—despite her insisting it didn’t.
In the end, I chose to buy a more affordable Cricket phone from Walmart, popped in my SIM card, and it worked effortlessly. No upselling, no attitude—just a smooth, simple experience.
I love Cricket Wireless overall, but I hope to see better phone deals and more respectful customer service for existing customers in the future.

Every time i go in they make a 5 minute transaction into a 30 minute one. The lady feels like shes always trying to upsell or get you to buy things you dont want

Dishonest, incompetent, rude. The rest of my issues will be handled directly with corporate. Customers for 5+ years and if I ever have to go to Celina again, I will change providers. Thankful both Greenville location and Lima were over the top helpful. Stay away.

Walked in, no "welcome, I'll be with you shortly" or any communication for that matter. Just felt like our business wasn't wanted were the 2nd people there. Yes you're with a customer, but taking a brief notice of other customers that walk in is the correct way to business.
