I was worried it would be a long time before I had my car back, and the repair would be noticeable. My vehicle was completed earlier than promised, washed inside and out, and looks great. I hope I never need to have body damage repaired on a vehicle again, but if I do I’ll be taking it to Autospot. 10/10- highly recommend.”
“Mason assisted me with my 2013 Golf R. I was having tunning issues and my car was not enjoyable. He took the time to meet with me and assist me in what parts should be changed. Helped me install them and assisted with a TVS tune.
I have never been blown away from support I have gotten from shops. But Mason... Let me tell you he takes care of his customers. A trust worthy man that I would let work on my car any day. If you are having issues or not enjoying your car from a tune some where else please reach out to him!”

I just love it! Excellent customer service, and SO much less expensive than the price quoted at the car dealership for the same stripes!!! Definitely recommend Sharp Auto Paint & Dent Repair (but fortunately for me, didn't need the dent repair!)”
“Have taken 5+ cars and trucks to them over the past 15 years. I have found them to be honest, more than willing to work with me, and only do repairs that were absolutely necessary. I brought a car to them that I was considering. After their inspection their response was “please tell me you didn’t buy this car”. Cannot recommend enough. Have had brakes, oil changes, radiator, exhaust system, serpentine belt.”

“I had my transmission serviced and the motor to my power convertible top replace on our 2005 BMW Z4.. I got the car back faster than I thought I would. Everything works great. Brian (service counter) is also very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and explains everything that was done to the car. “Mike is such a fantastic and humble person. He fixes what is requested and doesn't poke around to try and sell more. Not only do they fix it, they do it FAST. Twice I had two separate car issues and I took it to Nickerson when they opened and it was fixed by close of business. Mind you these were minor repairs... including a wheel bearing replacement which could verge on the edge between minor and moderate, but still. No hassles, none of that upsell of windshield wipers like you would get at other places, great prices and fantastic staff. It's really hard to find a place this high tier of customer service, but Nickerson is my new home for car maintenance. Signed, a very satisfied customer.”

“I was recently in an accident and chose this shop to do my repairs and they did a fantastic job. My estimator was great, she communicated effectively and the shop got the job done. The receptionist is very nice and helped me get a hold of my rental company so they could pick me up when I dropped my vehicle off. Unfortunately, some parts were on backorder to no fault of the shop, but they were on it and rescheduled me the next week. They also informed me when the part came in just to let me know so I could plan accordingly. Hopefully I never have to come back after an accident, but if I do, I'll come here.”

“Eric and his guys are absolutely phenomenal. I was traveling from Michigan to Tennessee in my BMW 650i and had a catastrophic coolant leak while I was in their area... on a Sunday night. I had my car towed to them and called first thing Monday morning. They jumped into action and absolutely saved my life. Had a bit of a delay with a part that was completely out of their control. They handed it very professionally and explained everything I needed to know as far as ETA on parts and completion times. I have been in the automotive industry for over 25 years and I'm currently with a European specialist group called Eurofix in Nashville Tennessee. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!
