I just had to leave this review and hype up/brag on Shoan at this location! I came in with a concern that my package had been lost for a return I shipped out. I lost my receipt and had a shipping label saying the package was never dropped off. Shoan took the time to find out when I came into the store, what time/day, and scanned through every single receipt in their system. Hunted through my email for shipping labels, called people, the whole nine! He did not stop until we tracked down my package! He gave me every resource he could to make sure I had all I needed to get the return where it needed to be. He is an extra mile person for sure. So grateful for his time and patience that day!!

I left after 30 minutes of them failing to print a packing slip. It seemed like all of the employees know that their network is very slow. The year is 2025, not 1985. How pathetic

Order was never made. Told me I was going to have to pay a Second time in order to have them make it. I had confirmation that the order was sent, and confirmation it was paid.
Was told I was going to have to have to call the 1800 number for them to fix it. Which was no help, and they can’t figure out how to get it refunded. So as of right know I’m out $50.07 for a job that was never done

received text from FEDUP driver with a pic of my house stating that he cant deliver the pkg because no one was home. I've been home waiting and my carmeras did not show anyone from FEDUP tried to deliver my package... what a liar ...this is a bad service.

I wanted to print rectangular stickers and post card mailers that I designed on Canva. I got recommended to Aliyah from a friend of mine and she was very helpful, kind, and fast. Definitely recommend going here if you have a vision but need help bringing it to life!

I want to thank Stephen, Doug and Shoan for the excellent customer service and amazing work for the project my company had requested. Stephen assured me that this would be done correctly in a timely manner. It excelled my expectations. Doug was gracious and entered an update on the booklet with patience shown towards us.
