“First of all, we love Home Depot and they have always been very helpful. However they charge me twice the price I was quoted by Penske. So now I've had to go through all of this phone calls and trouble trying to get my money back. Let me also state that I have over a million miles of experience driving large trucks. Penske rented this truck to us through Home Depot. It drove horribly. It constantly pulled to the right and vibrated due to unbalanced tires I believe. It vibrated so much that you couldn't even read your phone on a cell phone mount because it shook so much. The truck was also super noisy. And didn't include a lot of the basic necessities such as power windows, a USB port or a way to stream music. We drove the truck 650 MI and I had to be on top of the steering wheel paying super close attention at all times. The truck had 95,000 miles on it and really needs to be turned into a City truck not a long haul mover. I have rented from Penske several times but I was very disappointed with Penske this time.”
“I accidentally broke a tool I had borrowed from my friend, after checking into it , I realized it holds a lifetime warranty through menards. I took the broken tool and explained what happened, They did not ask any questions but replaced it without me Even having the receipt!!!”
“Just wanted to brag about one of your employees for a brief moment. Her name is Erin. I had an emergency the other day, where I thought my dog had eaten a Decon mouse poison block. She went above and beyond by looking everything up known to man, calling her vets and vet techs and even called me back like she said she would to give me more options and advice as to what to do for our fur baby… She really cared unlike the doctors at Medvet and poison control. Her kindness went unnoticed and I wanted to thank her immensely for going above and beyond and being an all star employee, and just a caring human being!!Thanks again Erin. You rock!! And my fur baby is doing great!”

“With the work I do I come to Home Depot multiple times a week. Jeanette, who works here at the Centerville location, always helps me! I had bought a Milwaukee nailer (she helped me find) and next day there was Milwaukee rep at the store. She told him that I bought a nailer and they gave me a free T-shirt... she is personable and very, very helpful. Also, Home Depot is better than Lowes”
