“This is an old fashioned hardware store at its core. They have a huge Hillman fastener display including nuts, bolts, washers, screws, etc of all kinds. They also repair screens. They cut two pieces of plexiglass for me today in about 10 minutes.”

“Had another great experience at Rocky’s Ace Hardware! Matthew, the helpful assistant saved me time and a 2nd trip back to the hardware store by a helpful informative suggestion for our planned project, as we were making the purchase and told him of our plan.”

“Lowes is always on point. If I can't find something, it doesn't take long to flag someone down that will assist. Not to mention, their customer service department is by far the best in the Miami Valley. As far as I'm concerned, they give five star service all day long. Specifically my girl Karen in CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“Wanted to give Austin from the paint department a huge thank you. He was working mulch moving alone, but still remained helpful and courteous in the face of a lot orders. Definitely a two man job.”

“With the work I do I come to Home Depot multiple times a week. Jeanette, who works here at the Centerville location, always helps me! I had bought a Milwaukee nailer (she helped me find) and next day there was Milwaukee rep at the store. She told him that I bought a nailer and they gave me a free T-shirt... she is personable and very, very helpful. Also, Home Depot is better than Lowes”
