“Excuse me for a moment while I GUSH about Martea (I hope I spelled your name, right? :-). I was helping my brother, who has a disability (Hard of hearing) He wears a hearing aid. His homeowners policy had been inadvertently canceled, and we were highly concerned that we would not be able to get him covered again. Martea spent a great deal of time on the phone, investigating our issue and coming up with amazing solutions to help get my brothers policy reinstated. She was an absolute pleasure to work with over the phone! Wonderfully pleasant and patient with all the questions we had to ask. She called us back AFTER the policy had been reinstated just to make sure everything was OK and offered us any further services.
