Navia just passes the buck. ******* finally admitted that I did call on June 6th and inquired about my pharmacy benefits but then said because it was still in the "window" for my benefits to start, they did nothing but note my call.I'm very frustrated with this company and disappointed that King ****** contracts with such a substandard company”
