Not enough cash registers available. A lot of elderly shop there. My Mom is eighty five and we had to walk a distance just to pay for our purchases. It seems like the biggest check out area would be open. The one sitting there with the Five Registers.

Good customer service with corporate. I had an issue and it was resolved after communicating with the general manager. The customer service rep Evan was very helpful when I returned the item today. I appreciate the problem being taken care of. Thank you.

Went here yesterday with my grandma to get her hair cut in the salon. The lady there was so sweet and chatted with my grandma while doing her hair. She was smiling and having a great time (both of them)! I ended up buying some nail polish and leave in conditioner (they have some 10% coupons laying out on the front desk I used for those.) My grandma worked for this JCPenney's for over 40 years so I'm quite familiar with it! Staff here is great! Nice organized store with huge selection of everything you need. I love the home collection here and the lamp department! They've always got a great clearance shoe section! Check them out!

Last visit was shoe dept which was a disaster. Empty boxes, shoes thrown all over the place, couldnt find matches, horribly messy.I immediately left and havent been back.

Understaffed, If you can't find it you can't purchase it. Corporate needs to hire people that KNOW and UNDERSTANDS retai at the Corporate level. Would hate to see Penney's go under due to poor leadership.
