“I came in to purchase some paint and was greeted by a guy named Jeremy.
We talked about my project and found all the tools necessary. Suddenly I was attacked by a demon, come to fetch my soul. That’s when Jeremy’s customer service really shined. He battled the demon on my behalf and said a classic action one-liner and sent the demon back to hell.
He rang me out and thanked me for my business.”
“Staff is very courteous & accommodating. The Sales Associate Mike was very knowledgeable & helpful, addressed all my questions. The manager Nick told me about the contractor's account which allowed me to purchase paint at a reduced cost. Highly recommend this location.”
“The associates at this store are awesome!! I called to ask a few questions about my project and followed up with an online order for pick up in store. When the associate saw I had ordered oil based for my project, she called me, just to make sure. And sure enough I ordered incorrectly. She fixed up the order and had it ready for pick soon after. She was great!”

“My only paint store . If you are in beavercreek . Make sure you ask for Steve he is the big brain and know more about paint products than any one I know . (That's saying alot) Alwayse on point and you can count on them to back there products 110% . I know my color matches WILL match ,and the product will be consistent every time. Never an issue with bonding or coverage . I learned a long time ago good paint saves you time and that saves you money. Thanks guys”

“I was recommended by a friend to go to this store as they do excellent color matching. I have taken 3 or 4 projects to them to match and they hit the color perfect. They did it in a timely fashion and we very pleasant and helpful. There are other stores closer to me that claim they can match stain and paint but I won't go to anyone else for stain matching!

He is so patient and kind and treats everyone like you are the only person in that store even though the first time was pretty busy. He was also very helpful narrowing down colors for me. Highly recommend this particular store.EDIT 06-20-2023: My wife and I painted the living room over the weekend. On one wall we used the remainder of a previous paint can purchased from a big box store (BBS). It is their signature paint, so I am not making a comparison to the cheapest paint available. We used this paint because it is extending the colour from another room. The other walls were painted using Sherwin Williams (SW) and is a different colour.I painted using two different brands of paint back to back. It is important to note that both paints were the mid-range quality. I am not comparing SW's best paint to the BBS' worst. I cannot get over the quality difference between the two. The BBS paint is watery and I feel like I have to fight with it to apply. And it runs! I repeatedly had to go back and correct runs. 3 days later the paint still feels tacky to the touch.The SW paint was easy to work with. It is thicker, goes on very easy, and does not run. 12 hours after painting the paint was dry and wasn't the least bit tacky.I'm a believer and so happy our friend told us to got to Sherwin Williams.”

“Stumbled into Star City Pair and Decorating as they were the only vendor within hundreds of miles to stock a specific line of Benjamin Moore paint that I was after. Drove ~45 min to get here and left beyond impressed.
Absolutely top notch customer service and expertise. I watched Aaron tint a perfect color mixture for me which had been problematic to match, while offering top level support for every other customer walking through the door as well. He knew many on a first name basis, Im sure they have been coming here longer than Ive been alive.
All you need to know is: I will make the 45 min drive again, without hesitation, when I need paint, passing likely 100 other places that could mix paint on my way there.”
