My Mom, who banked with this bank for decades, passed away. She had accounts set up for my kids that needed closed. I brought my kids in with their passports and my moms digital death certificate. I had called ahead to see what documents I needed to bring. However, when we got there the man I spoke to did not seem to want to assist me with closing their accounts. He said I need an appointment and the original hard copy of her death certificate. He was fairly rude. I went home and called to make an appointment. I got the same person that I talked to while in the bank. He instructed me I also need the kids birth certificates and my ID. Once again, he was not friendly. I came back for my appointment and had all the documents. The branch manager took my appointment. Over an hour later I was still waiting for them to print the checks. They had multiple issues with printing and I could tell he was flustered. The manager was very nice and got the job done in the end but my initial encounter with the first employee was enough to turn me off from banking with this bank.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Atrocious customer service in the lobby. Extremely unhelpful teller and very rude. I went in with 1 question, and the teller not only did not adequately answer it, but he asked patronizing questions along the way regarding my account that had nothing to do with my visit. Will be looking for a new financial institution.

This may be the slowest bank in the history of banks! No customer inside, no customer in the drive thru. Why so slow? I have been sitting in this drive thru(I don’t go in because of the unfriendly Bank employees) for 15 minutes and counting! Just ridiculous!

This branch is notorious for closing their doors and drive thru before the posted closing time. That is terrible business practices.

Closed lobby early and drive through service as slow as molasses. They have 10 one star reviews in last 12 months. Makes me wonder what is going on at this branch. Never have an issue at the Meijer Branch on Wilmington Pike.

I spoke with Brandon Morgan for help regarding my bank account, and he was super helpful with everything! He explained things to me thoroughly, and he even went as far as helping me set up alert notifications to let me know when my account is close to being negative! Highly recommend asking for Brandon whenever help is needed. :)

The customer services are very poor. What is going with their branch manager and their operation hours (close at 4:00 p.m.?). Is this branch will be closed its door soon? Branch manager is not care of the poor reviews they got (2)? I used to tell my clients to open the account with US Bank. I will not do that anymore. They appear not care for a new depositors, neither. Interest?

Terrible customer service. They are rude and make it seem like customers are interrupting them. I’ve never been treated so poorly anywhere else. There are always 5+ people in the building but only one or two who actually help customers. The WORST bank ever!!!!!

Almost comedic how long they make you wait. I come to cash a check and 20 minutes later and I’m still waiting for the same check. Also I’ve come numerous times and the atm is often down.

This bank has the worst tellers, I sat 30 minutes in drive thru to have one come back and say they couldn’t find my account AFTER banking here for 15 yrs. It’s always one thing after another just a slow bank

Do not recommend coming here if you ever need to use the ATM. It was down for cash AGAIN this weekend for cash transactions. This is at least the 5th time I’ve had that happen at this location. Incredibly frustrating driving all the way here to put in or take out cash when I need it. This is a huge branch I’m not sure why they can’t get a working machine.

Worst branch ever!!!! Every time I come into do something with my account it takes forever. Then they always seem to mess things up and I am stuck here longer. I have been with us bank for a long time. Closing my account this time and going to a bank that knows what they are doing. If you are thinking about going to this bank, DON'T!!! Not worth the frustration.

I got here at 3:50 pm they close at 4:00 pm. This is a joke I'm going to have to close my us bank accounts and go somewhere else. I'm tired of leaving bad reviews why can't anybody live up to a decent expectation.
