What happened to customer service? People who care and communicate are not at this location. 30 year plus US Bank client. Wondering if it matters where I bank these days when searching for a bygone era. Will begin the search🥴

Dont use the drive thru, i was the only one in the drive thru, the teller said there was one ahead of me, must have meant she was covering the drive thru and inside. It took 15 min of me sitting in my truck waiting for a simple deposit....no cash back, just a simple deposit! no going to use the drive thru again!
