“HUGE shout out to Terry!! I'm visiting from Canada. I couldn't get my payment to work. He came right over to my car. As it turns out, US-based Costco takes VISA credit cards only. Canadian Costco locations are MasterCard only. No wonder it didn't work. 😃 Terry stayed right with me until we knew it worked. Now THAT is true customer service.”
