The estimate price that they sent me through email was originally a bit steep for me since I’m on a budget, so I told them I was needing to save a bit and have a few things removed from the original estimate. Mike was so easy to work with and made the price go down to where it was reasonable and comfortable for me to afford!

“Honest, trustworthy, straightforward car buying process. I bought a car from here out-of-state (PA). I had found it online and it looked like it could be the perfect vehicle. Initially, I was a little skeptical of a small used car dealer, but once I met Joe and saw the vehicle I knew this was a better option than most large scale dealerships. He is straightforward, honest, and seems to value integrity and quality service over making a quick buck.
When I went to see the vehicle, he was able to provide me with the physical paper receipts from the Audi Service Center and other shops where the car had work done, as well as a Carfax and vehicle history. This alone put the vehicle well above others I had been looking at, and left me confident I was buying a quality used car. The price was very fair, and there are no ridiculous fees or any underhanded tactics, what you see is what you get! The price of the vehicle was fair, and it was a nice bonus that brand new tires had been put on in preparation for the sale.
When we discovered a climate control switch was missing (which was in the original listing photos and mystified both of us) from what we both assumed was a previous test-driver stealing the switch, he immediately ensured that the switch would be replaced if I intended to purchase. He also had the car detailed before I had purchased it, which was above and beyond! It was something I was planning on doing anyways and now don't have to worry about. It was made apparent to me on multiple counts that he truly cares about providing a quality car buying experience.

“Vehicle was heavily damaged by hail. Did an excellent job repairing. All body panels were damaged windshield was broken. You cannot look at the truck and see there was ever any damage.”
“A B tire have always been my go to and they have always done great work but today I was greatful for them. I drive a lot and have a full schedule this evening…. And noticed a flat. This at 4:45 pm and I immediately called them, they agreed to have me come in . There were several guys cleaning up and getting the last bit done for the day when I got there just before 5 and closing, at 5:08 walking out with a fixed tire and great service with a smile.

“New resident. All I needed was for them to put new license plates on. Rusted bolts prevented me from doing it. One bolt broke leaving an embedded stump - 1 of 4 to go. It took them 2 hours to accomplish it, drove me home and back. NO CHARGE! I'm a customer for life!”
