“Solon Auto Body did an amazing job repairing my Subaru after I was rear-ended. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially with handling the insurance side of everything. The repairs look great and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend Solon Auto Body!”

“I've used this garage twice, once for an oil change and once for a flat tire repair. I can't drop the car off for service, so I called ahead and was told when to come and how long I'd have to wait. Both times the actual wait time was within (and in one case significantly less than) the promised limit -- a welcome change from my experiences at the dealer station... On neither occasion I was pushed to do any additional service or repairs. While I was waiting for my flat repair, a guy came in asking to do wheel alignment. The front man asked why he wanted that, the gentleman said because he had to replace a tire, and the front man told him that this does not mess up the alignment so he does not need it. That seemed like a good sign to me. I will be coming back here.”

“Jon is such a talented guy. My trusty van was sideswiped and the insurance company wanted to total it. Jon worked with me and provided many options on how we could handle the situation. I ended up keeping my van and getting it fixed. Just look at the before and after photos. He worked with what was in my budget and I couldn’t be happier. The entire team at Jon’s Garage is welcoming, passionate about what they do, and extremely skilled. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done to their car.”

“We get tires from here as a whole sale retailer, and when I call and or pick up tires it’s always a quick and easy process. The staff there is always willing to help and will help find the right tire at the right price. Highly recommended for tires as they have a plethora of options.”

“*Disclaimer* I did not purchase a Jaguar Land Rover product but a preowned car (Acura TSX) that they had in inventory. This review is a reflection of the overall experience from the first point of contact. I'm also not sure why Yelp has two separate pages for the Jaguar and Land Rover stores as they are the same so this review will be posted on both pages. I live in Los Angeles and was looking for a very specific preowned car and found it at the Jaguar Land Rover store in Solon, Ohio. I put in a request and Weston Wilson reached out to me. He clearly understood that I was a car guy as I had him go through the car meticulously. He even took the time to FaceTime me so that I can "see" the vehicle. He was quick to respond to emails and text messages despite our time zone difference. Fast forward 2 weeks and I was on a plane to Ohio. Weston picked me up from the airport and took me to the dealer. The car was prepped and ready for me. Ryan in the finance office was very professional and had documents were ready for me to sign and I was done with the entire transaction in less than 20 minutes. Weston also sent me off with plenty of sodas and water for my 2300 miles drive back to Los Angeles. Thanks again Weston and Ryan!!”

“Took my 1966 mustang here for an alignment on custom suspension. They managed to get the specs I gave them on camber caster and toe. And were very nice to my car. Worth a call if you need some work done on your classic, they are very skilled.”

“From the first bite to the last, Fianna by Mendel delivered a standout experience that easily ranks among the best kosher meals I’ve had. We started with the French onion soup and the fiery red pepper soup—both were deeply flavorful and clearly made with care. The red pepper soup had a bold, spicy kick without being overwhelming, while the onion soup was rich and perfectly balanced. Next came the truffle French fries, which were crispy, fragrant, and addictive—elevated comfort food at its finest. But the real showstopper was the Bronzino served with their house-made hummus. The fish was grilled to perfection, moist inside with a crisp, smoky skin that carried the flavor of the fire grill beautifully. The hummus was unlike anything I’ve had before—creamy, earthy, and the ideal complement to the Bronzino. Every dish tasted fresh, intentional, and well-executed. What really set the meal apart was that subtle, unmistakable fire-grilled flavor—it added a depth and smokiness that took each plate to the next level. If you’re looking for a kosher dining experience that goes beyond the usual, Fianna by Mendel is the place. We’ll absolutely be back.”

“New Review, 12/10/2025: another 5-star experience from the JLR Solon service department. World class and the best I have experienced. Scott, Mike, and Andrew (tech) were very professional, timely, and efficient. Once again, they exceeded my expectations and I will continue to get my Jag F-Pace SVR serviced here. You guys know how to build loyalty. Thank you. Am new to Jaguar and I want to commend Hendrick, Scott, and Andrew (tech) in the service department for their stellar professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy while my F-Pace SVR was in to replace two oxygen sensors. Both the car and the service are awesome. I will return to Jaguar in Solon for my future maintenance and service needs. Thank you.”

“I was a walk in as a first time customer to Conrads to have an exhaust issue inspected. Ron and Paul greeted me and did not hesitate to get me in to look at the vehicle so I left it for them. A few hours later I not only got information but they sent me a video showing me exactly what was wrong. Talk about great customer service!!! They had to order the part and due to lack of time in the day, I brought it back to them today and they fixed it for a fraction of the cost that ai was quoted elsewhere!! This is a great team over at Conrads and since I work right around the corner, I no longer have to worry about scheduling appointments anywhere else because Conrads has my business from now on. Thank you!!! Shane”

“I was visiting family in Solon and my tire went flat. Had a 9-hr drive back home the next day. Kristy and Nick took care of me and ensured I would be back on the road without delay. Amazing tire shop. Very polite, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Can’t recommend them enough.”
