“Super adorable shop in a super adorable area.... just super... and adorable! ;) But, really, this is an awesome little shop, with great gift ideas. They have everything from drink ware to aprons, to stationary, even things for children/babies in the back of the shop. I enjoy coming by here whenever I'm walking around Chagrin Falls. I've bought multiple things on multiple occasions here - "corkcicle" to chill bottles of wine, an adorable tumbler, and some stationary for a friend. Depending on what you're buying, it can be on the pricier end, but things from LMS make adorable gifts so some things are worth it, in my opinion. I haven't used the personalization yet from them, but my understanding is that you tell them how you want things personalized and come back at a later date to pick up. I wish they were open on Sundays because I pretty much only visit the area Saturdays and Sundays. I encountered only one snooty sales lady, who just sat there watching people and didn't greet anyone that walked in. But, for the most part, I think all of the employees are wonderful, helpful and friendly :) If you're looking for a cute little gift, I think you should def check this place out :)”

“Love Old Navy! Only jeans I wear. They fit me perfectly. My son bought a couple of polo shirts here. Prices were affordable and quality was good. Offered a great selection as well. We checked 5 or 6 stores for shirts before going to Old Navy. Great store!”

“I can't say enough good things about this old navy. They have an amazing hassle free return policy. I have trouble buying boxers because I have a medical condition that enlarges my scrotum and finding a comfortable fit it difficult. I bought a new pack of sailor navy boxers and they didn't work out wearing them to work. I brought them back to the store and greg was more than happy to get me into a new pack that fits me better. Amazing customer service !”

“I am surprised to see such low reviews here! I am actually here because I had really good experience yesterday at this location! I was there looking for a necklace that was already sold out online but was shown as last one in stock at this location. I looked around and couldn’t find it so I asked the staff to help. They all took it seriously, took their time and eventually found the necklace for me! The store is not that close to me, so I was so happy that they found it! Kudos to them!”
