“Love Old Navy! Only jeans I wear. They fit me perfectly. My son bought a couple of polo shirts here. Prices were affordable and quality was good. Offered a great selection as well. We checked 5 or 6 stores for shirts before going to Old Navy. Great store!”

“Staff is nice and they always have a great selection of clothing for men when I shop for my boyfriend… kinda wish they had more options for women that’s why I’m giving 4 stars but other than that I love this store !”

“This location was perfect! Our location store is a clearance store now and has very limited inventory. We drove from North Olmsted and took advantage of the bogo clearance deal and school clothes. Thank you for having older boys sizes in stock!”

“Ciara went above and beyond helping me find summer clothing for my petite daughter. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and went out of her way to search throughout the store to find the best options and the best deals. As a single mom of four, I truly appreciate employees who understand that every dollar counts and are willing to help make shopping easier and more affordable. What stood out most was Ciara's kindness, patience, and genuine desire to help. She didn't just point me in the right direction-she actively assisted me and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Exceptional customer service like this is becoming rare, especially in retail, and Ciara is a shining example of what great customer care should look like. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made my shopping experience stress-free and enjoyable. She is an incredible asset to your team and deserves recognition for her dedication and professionalism. From one mom to another, thank you, Ciara, for making such a difference and for going above and beyond. You truly made my day!”
