“Had a shopping trip in Chagrin Falls with my girlfriends this past week. We stopped in most gift and home decor retail stores. Of all the stores we visited Hedges Design was my favorite. The store is beautifully decorated, full of a wide variety of items and had pleasant, very helpful employees who were there to answer questions but did not hover. This was my first experience in this store. I will definitely return with family and friends in the near future.”

“This store looks amazing! I went in there yesterday, May 2nd, 2024 and all my senses were enlightened! I love cards and I prefer to shop at Hallmark because of the array of selection. I frequent here on special occasions throughout the year and I can always find what I’m looking for. I am seeing this store is finally getting back to how the old store used to be. The shelves and merchandise is more fuller like I was used to seeing it years ago before the other store closed (Kirlin’s Hallmark). I was sad then and when this Karen’s Hallmark opened I was so happy again! It took some time but I see a huge difference in how it looks currently compared to when it first opened. I never gave up on them. Patience is a virtue. I walked in and was completely content and amazed at how everything was so neat as always and full! It smelled so good in there too! I was greeted with smiles and had a nice conversation upon checking out. When I tell you all my senses were satisfied they were—-my sight, smell, hearing and touch/feel! The lady’s in there are always so nice, friendly and very helpful. I know people might complain about businesses but I just wanted to compliment them because I felt good entering and leaving this store!”
