“We stayed here for one night and were very satisfied with our experience. The sauna and pool were exactly what we needed after a long drive, and we would definitely stay here again next time.
The only suggestion I would make is to refresh the pool area. It could use a thorough cleaning and perhaps a fresh coat of paint, as everything else at the hotel was wonderful.
The staff were very polite, welcoming, and pleasant. We also stayed with our service dog, and it was a lovely touch to find a dog bowl waiting for us in the room. We truly appreciated the thoughtful accommodation.”
“Adriana is typically there during my late check ins she's always thorough and helpful the team there in general is great. Cocktail hour is relaxing it's a great atmosphere overall.”

“Excellent staff. One night stay and the bedrooms were obviously cleaned except for small spots of pink mold along the bottom rim of the shower and some stickiness on the bottom of the coffee pot.
Free laundry room, quiet, outdoor pool, AMAZING breakfast. Best included breakfast I’ve had”

“I had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Place Cleveland/Lyndhurst/Legacy Village. The service was responsive, and I appreciated the free bottled purified water. Having a microwave available in the dining area was also convenient.
The location was another plus. The hotel is right inside Legacy Village, so it was very easy to walk to shops and restaurants.
The only downside was the pool area. The shower by the pool had only cold water, which was uncomfortable.
Overall, I had a good experience and found the hotel convenient and comfortable.”

“Even tho I'm exhausted from all this emergency booking last minute I have to SHOUT OUT KYLE that was working tonight. He seriously took the time to make sure I had everything booked, gave me comfort and assurance that everything will work out and went above and beyond my expectations. He was so knowledgeable, personable and because of that phone call I am so glad I picked this hotel. I can't even begin to tell u w a family emergency unplanned how efficient he was. He seriously needs a raise, kudos, award EVERYTHING!!!! THANK U KYLE for answering the phone and being the best example of customer service U ROCK!!!!”
“I am local and had no idea such an elegant, romantic getaway was so close by! We got the July special Believe package that included a 1 hour massage, an overnight stay, an included appetizer, $50 off dining, and muffins and mimosas in the morning. The masseuses Gia and Natalia were fantastic! Every part of the spa was very relaxing. Our dinner was spectacular, the homemade marinara sauce was the star of the show. The Chocolate Angel dessert was my favorite dish! The waiter Joe made us feel at home. The room accommodations were really nice- it felt like staying in a family member’s guest room. The bathroom was huge, and the bed was very comfortable- some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while! All the employees were very nice and accommodating. We really liked learning about the history of the buildings and the owners. This is the perfect place for a romantic overnight or a fun dinner out. We will definitely be back!”

“My real rating would 4.5 stars if i could
Pros:
Staff was very polite and helpful
Rooms are interesting(at least I thought so)
Beanbag is a interesting choice(I definitely didn't get stuck cause I'm too fat and old)
Locations is pretty good 30 mins airport and plenty of food options nearby 10 mins or less
Cons:
wifi not the greatest
Connections are solid but speeds are not great(IT is my business and why I was there)
Walls are pretty thin(which hey it's a hotel so not something unexpected)
The only real complaint
Is the HVAC was pretty loud and rattled nonstop anytime it was on
Woke me up on several occasions(and I get cranky with no sleep)
But all said I would stay again”

“Checked for bedbugs & I was surprised not to find any. 2 summers ago I did. Unfortunately it was after i slept already.. I bounced with the quickness! But not b4i got my $ refunded! Always check right away for bugs & the filter inside the air/heater. Should be changed or washed at every rm cleaning!”

“The staff at this hotel were genuinely so great and super attentive and friendly our entire trip. They give each guest a little care package with a water and some snacks when you check in, which is so sweet! Our room was clean and it had everything we needed for the reasonable price! It’s very close to the Cuyahoga National Valley Park and not that far from Cleveland either. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with The Club at Hillbrook. From the moment you drive up to the venue, it feels like you are entering your own personal fairytale.
