Sanity is my absolute favorite boutique to shop! The clothes and accessories are high quality, on trend and reasonably priced. The store is absolutely adorable, organized and clean. Their social media is amazing and gives a great sneak peek into new arrivals and outfit ideas. The staff (including Willow!) is the BEST- the sweetest and most helpful ladies ever! I love visiting Sanity whether I have something in mind or not!

I don’t usually write reviews but this store deserves it. Every time I visit Cleveland a stop at Sanity is a must! Isabel the owner is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the clothing selection is simply fantastic - stylish, high quality pieces that always make me feel amazing. The customer service is top-notch, and I always leave feeling like I've found a hidden gem. If you're looking for a truly special shopping experience, this is the place to go!

I have been shopping at Sanity for years with my daughter! We are both able to find cute clothes and gifts! We bring all our out of town friends here as well. The sales associates are so helpful and supportive. They also have fabulous events with pop ups in the store!

Well when watching fox 8 girl had sweater on that would be in store and was there at 8 am and was not there. Purposely went for that .

It's very disheartening to say how disappointed I am in Sanity. A beautiful boutique, but the customer service is poor. I am a local and was in the store for at least 10 minutes without being greeted or acknowledge, which is completely unacceptable. Neither of the staff members asked if myself and the person I was with needed any help or anything. Very disappointing.
