“After the recent hail storm I took my Silverado in for repair. This was the second time in 3 weeks I have used this place to fix my truck (previous time was car wash damage) Both times the girls up front (Amber) and the folks in the back did exceptional work. Each time I got my truck back it was spotless. Their communication throughout the process is outstanding, never leaving me wonder what to expect or where things stood. Hopefully I will never need them again - but if I do 100% rest assured I will take my vehicle here. 10/10 hands down.”

“My Jeep was damaged at work by one of our delivery drivers. When I took my car to Junction, I spoke with Carrie, who was my initial contact and who was great because the insurance company for the delivery company was hard to work with. Once my Jeep went into the shop, I worked with Jim, who was also great at keeping me updated on how things were going.
Once my Jeep was done, we found hidden damage to the back wheel, which Jim was great at making sure the insurance covered. Also, my door looks brand new.
Overall, my experience was great and I look forward to purchasing another vehicle from Junction in the future.”

“It was quick but they marked stuff off on the checklist that they obviously didn't do so it makes me wonder if they actually checked anything on the check list said they vacuumed the front floors that wasn't done said wipers were good, the passenger side is falling apart”

“I was involved in a hit and run accident on July 8th. Upon contacting my insurance company one of their preferred shops was D&S Automotive Chardon.
When I contacted them, they readily made arrangements to get my vehicle in and set up a rental immediately.
I was kept in the loop, and notified of everything that was going on in a timely and professional manner.
My car was completed much sooner than I anticipated to my surprise!
When I went to pick it up I couldn't be happier with the customer service from all of the staff. Everything that was done was explained, in a language I could easily understand. My Hyundai Santa Fe looked great!
I would highly recommend this repair facility and will be returning for any future needs I may have.
