I took my car to Concord Collision because someone hit the back of my car. The insurance company recommended Concord Collision as this is one of the auto shops they utilize. The staff was very friendly and explained the process to me. I am very satisfied with the car and customer service they provided!

Beautiful shop. Very impressed with help from Mark. I had a small repair and he suggested an alternative approach. If I need larger repairs in the future, they will be my first choice.

We’ve been in the business of serving the Mentor and Eastlake area for over 20 years. In 2019, we expanded by constructing a state-of-the art, 15,000 square foot facility in Concord.
