“I was involved in a hit and run accident on July 8th. Upon contacting my insurance company one of their preferred shops was D&S Automotive Chardon. When I contacted them, they readily made arrangements to get my vehicle in and set up a rental immediately. I was kept in the loop, and notified of everything that was going on in a timely and professional manner. My car was completed much sooner than I anticipated to my surprise! When I went to pick it up I couldn't be happier with the customer service from all of the staff. Everything that was done was explained, in a language I could easily understand. My Hyundai Santa Fe looked great! I would highly recommend this repair facility and will be returning for any future needs I may have. Kudos to the whole staff at D&S for doing an outstanding job and thank you for a job well done!”

“Will just did my windows. He had to remove 12 yr old tint and put new tint on. This young man is honest and straight forward. Very prompt to respond to customer and potential customer needs. He delivered absolutley perfect work in the time he commited to get it done at the price he gave. This job was not an easy one to do. No sloppy short cuts in his shop. You will find tinting cheaper but "few" will deliver this kind of quality work at any price. I am pretty sure he would never do work that would not be up to his standards just to grab a dollar. If you are considering window tint on your vehicle you owe it to yourself to give him a call before you make a decision.Services: Sun control window tinting”

“Gerber repaired my rear side fender. The office staff were welcoming and helpful. The customer care from start to finish was outstanding. I received status phone calls twice weekly informing me about how far along the repairs were. The repair work looks great- flawless. I highly recommend this company.”
