I won a very generous gift card they donated to a fundraiser I attended in the Spring. This says a lot about the owners, to me. When I came to redeem it, I was treated like a regular paying customer. I really can’t speak more highly of this place. The sales lady who helped me (I forget her name, maybe Vicki or Linda) was very accommodating and suggestive. Really knew her stuff and made me feel very comfortable.
The guys wrapped up the lamp I selected and carried it out to the car for me. The service was incredible all the way around.

“My elderly parents were having trouble with their TV. Even though they didn't buy their TV from Mentor TV, they somehow got the number for there and my dad called asking for help. The lady who answered the phone tried helping them work things out and then when I got on the line, tried to assist me as well. She gave us some advice on things to try. The TV did get sorted out in the end - Dad had switched some cords around by mistake (thank you, helpful lady at Mentor TV! Your advice helped me rule out a lot of things, and I was able to figure out the problem much sooner!)
It was just so nice of her to try to help my parents, even though they weren't even customers. If you do buy a TV from here, I am sure that the staff will be terrific and supportive, so I would highly recommend this place!!”

They have a large selection of holiday items as well as other items that help you make your home unique and comfortable. This Christmas pillow is one of my favorite items I purchased.”

“Had a wonderful staff person help us find everything we needed. They're selection of hanging baskets is massive and vary in prices to fit your budget. Picked up a few water fountains, planter pots and artificial trees that look so realistic. They have the cutest gift ideas and displays to help visualize your yard and garden and patio. Bring the kiddos for their educational toy section where you'll find plush stuffed animals, experiment, and unique toys. They frequently have great deals, so it's good to visit often. Make sure you grab a cart, because there's plenty to find here!”
“Just left the store and are thrilled Rich made it an easy & confident purchase. He was kind, knowledgeable and no pressure - just facts and his educated advice to assist in our choice. We won’t go anywhere else and will advise others to do the same. We sought out the 2-sided mattress. BTW good luck finding that out there because this company is the only one offering it with multiple choices. Being able to flip and turn your mattress is essential and other companies don't make it the priority it should be. Another couple was shopping for a new mattress when we were in there - apparently the victims of the “football mattress sale” So if you bought one of those, I highly suggest you seek out this place and hopefully you’ll get Rich to help you too. A++++”
