“As with many appliances over many years, we had another outstanding shopping and installation experience with Snow Brothers. We purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator in July after our prior one exceeded its projected life, and a new GE washer after our prior one lasted for 16 years. In each case we had very helpful and experienced salespeople who guided us to the choices that best met our needs and provided a great value, realizing the many options in their store. Today Justin and Leon delivered and installed the washer with much care.”
“I like MFS Supply but this last rehab property there were a couple of issues that concern me.I manage 3 LLC's that buy properties in NE Ohio. In the past things went pretty smoothly. But this time: 1) no one told me they don't unload cabinets into the house anymore. Wasn't on the quote! When I mentioned this to them they said they changed that during COVID.NO that is wrong. Even my last deliver in April of 2021 they delivered into home!2) the measuring guy made a HUGE error. He did not measure where the 220 volt range outlet was located nor the 110 volt microwave outlet was. Thus during installation they ended up being behind the base cabinet (220) and behind wrong cabinet (110) and had to be moved. We lost a half a day moving electrical.Mostly I'm happy with MFS and Suzanne, April, Jack, Judy and their diligence and customer service.”

“We are so, so thankful for the Old School character, kindness, and customer service of Bloom Brothers!
All of our appliance purchases in the last five years have been from Bloom Brothers, and without incident. (We moved into our home in 2005, and in the last few years all of the appliances we installed when we moved in have met their natural end, one at a time, since 2020.)
The day I called to order what I thought would be a 30” white, dual fuel, double-oven Café range, Cody was amazingly helpful, confirmed the details I was requesting, and got the range ordered right away. It even arrived early.
Very shortly after delivery, we discovered an issue with the racks inside the oven. I called Cody, and after some explanation and troubleshooting, he said he was just going to order another range.
Range Number Two arrived with a different manufacturing issue involving the sensor that registers that the door is closed and turns off the light inside the oven. Not repairable—or acceptable with a brand new unit—so again Cody ordered a new range for us.
By the time Range Number Three arrived, we were all skittish and Shannon (manager) had instructed the delivery team to check the racks before it was even loaded off the truck. Good thing, because even with the delivery team being the ones to try, the racks didn’t go into the slots in the oven. One quick call back to the store, and we were told to just go in and we’d figure something out.
When we arrived, Shannon was SO gracious. At that point, after THREE failed attempts to purchase the Café (General Electric), we were confident that the best decision would be to pivot and go with a completely different manufacturer. Shannon was patient, kind, and diligent in helping me find the range that I’m ultimately thrilled with—a 30”, white, dual fuel single oven unit from Fulgore Milano.
The lesson here: While one should have serious reservations about purchasing a Café range from General Electric, one should NOT hesitate to work with Bloom Brothers for a single moment. They were professional, patient, kind, and provided us with excellent customer service.
