“This is my 4th time using Chesterland Auto Repair. I'm happy to say that they are outstanding in providing service! I needed a ride to & from the building & they gladly provided it! They are thorough & told me exactly what I needed & when they could get it done. It's hard to go to a new service when an old one closes, but they have earned my trust. I plan to keep going to Chesterland Auto Repair whenever it's needed. Thank you!”

“Excellent Mechanic. They are super polite and so respectful while discussing the issue and its fix. They are so approachable and will answer all questions without a single grin on their case. They fixed my car on a very reasonable price point and went over and above to fix the issue by their resourcefulness. David reprogrammed the replacement part from Scratch saving me a week’s worth of wait at a dealership. They did the work in just 1 day as promised. Exhaust replacement, EPS rack pinion replacement, brakes/rotors on both axels, alignment. Above all I just liked their attitude and work ethic and will always recommend them. All the best to them.”

“I have been getting my old changed at Take 5s since 2018 & the service I experienced was the best that I have had. Nathan H delivered great customer service. He was knowledgeable about products & services and answered all of my questions. It was 90+ degrees and didn’t appear bothered at all. I will continue to use this Take 5 instead of the normal location I go to! Thank you Nathan H!!”

“Needed a couple of tires for my Corvette, but was leary about taking it just anywhere. The owner took extra care when putting it on the lift to make sure it would not damage anything and used a touchless tire machine to remove and install the new tires. We very informative in explaining the process. Definitely recommend them for your exotic car needs!!!”

“I went to that location to find out the last Take 5 in Middleburg on Bagley left my oil cap off and drove that way for 1 math which could have been bad but coming there at that moment they made sure everything was good to go so I left feeling comfortable because I do long freeway driving which I could have been stranded or even worse locked up my engine and then no car.”

“I was advised that the exhaust system, from front to rear, would need to be replaced and a call about parts and labor. I want to acknowledge the kindness and professionalism I experienced at Conrad’s. I was grateful that the staff took the time to listen to my concerns and investigate the source of the noise. For that reason I am glad to share positive feedback about customer service I received, while noting that the issue ultimately did not not require an extensive replacement as originally discussed.”

“It was 95-100 degrees outside. After I pulled into the drive and was waiting for the vehicle in front of me to be done, the employee came out and gave me a bottle of water. The guys were courteous and knowledgeable. Kept me informed about what they were doing. Not sure if it was a reasonable price for what they do compared to other places, but my wife takes her vehicle there so I figured I'd take my vehicle. I would go back.”

“I was a walk in as a first time customer to Conrads to have an exhaust issue inspected. Ron and Paul greeted me and did not hesitate to get me in to look at the vehicle so I left it for them. A few hours later I not only got information but they sent me a video showing me exactly what was wrong. Talk about great customer service!!! They had to order the part and due to lack of time in the day, I brought it back to them today and they fixed it for a fraction of the cost that ai was quoted elsewhere!! This is a great team over at Conrads and since I work right around the corner, I no longer have to worry about scheduling appointments anywhere else because Conrads has my business from now on. Thank you!!! Shane”
