“The man I spoke with on the phone was sooo helpful. I paid online after ordering my unit and he called me within a few minutes to let me know the ins and outs. Also, he helped tie up any loose ends with the paperwork the online registration missed. I think this was my best experience ever renting a unit. Highly recommend.”

“We moved as a family of 5 from a big house with three floors where we had lived for 25 years to a small ranch home. LOTS to be done, and lots of things to move. We chose these folks as our movers and we're glad we did. From the beginning when they came in to list everything and make plans for moving specific stuff, to when they came with the truck, until when everything was off the truck in the new home, they were professional and wise. It didn't feel overwhelming. And they are affordable too.”

“Wonderful experience with Chagrin Valley Mini Storage! We rented a unit for ~ 2 years and Greg was accommodating, friendly, and easy to get ahold of/very quick to respond the entire time! I compared pricing with several different self-storage places in the area and Greg was always extremely fair with what he charged. The facility is gated and you can only access it with a personalized gate code, there are cameras on the property & good lighting, which I liked for safety and convenience, especially if you're accessing it in the evenings or at night.”
