“We scheduled an appointment online. We were a bit nervous when we arrived and we're told they had our appointment down for a different day (even though we had text and email confirmation for that day)... but that is where the confusion ended. Every other aspect of our experience was above and beyond. They called when they said they would call, they didn't try to force unrequested service. They even emailed us detailed photos and descriptions of what work needed done asap and other things that were recommended, but not urgent (but not in a forced sales pitch way). Overall a great experience! Even the work they did, they had a repair not replace approach. I will definitely use them again.”

“This is the fourth garage I tried to take my car to have a differential replaced or rebuilt. That doesn't include two garages I called that were supposed to call me back and never did. This garage was fantastic. They found a used differential with relatively low mileage for me and replaced it in a timely fashion. Their pricing was also lower than other places I had spoken with. “Consumer Tire has become my preferred business in Chardon for tire purchase, alignment, and other car care needs. They are busy (good sign of community support), they stick to their schedule, and they do not "add extra work" to "pad the bill." Regarding tire purchase, they give you multiple options, allowing you to make the choice regarding cost and value. Regarding oil changes, they are quick and cost-effective compared to other places. The folks in the office are very friendly and advise you when you can use manufacturer coupons or "loyalty points" in their system. Best place ! Best people ! Great service !”

“A few moth back I took my truck to the dealership for a routine oil change. They said I need an alignment and it would cost $199.00. I called around and NTB was much cheaper. I brought my truck in, they ran the alignment on their equipment and there was nothing wrong with the alignment. The cost was next to nothing for then to check it for me. Today I brought my truck back in for an oil change, they got me in with no appointment, and they were fast and efficient. I have found my new car care shop for my car needs.”
