“Saturday morning, I came across a pigeon in downtown Cleveland with a broken wing. I called about 10 different places (animal rescues, animal rehab centers, etc) and no place was able to help. One place said they could help any bird BUT a pigeon and another place offered to euthanize the pigeon without even seeing him. I was finally recommended this veterinary hospital by someone at Lake Erie Nature and Science Center and called them. They were immediately so helpful and reassuring, and asked if I could bring the pigeon to them.
The entire process was quick and they offered to call me with updates! By the time we left, they had an incubator going and were already working with the bird. I was so grateful to have found them after spending about an hour calling places with no luck and no idea what else to do.”
“Wow just wow !! I am new to the clinic I called looking for a vet and he got me in the same day !!! Elliot is super amazing !! He also made me a welcome bag and thought about my other dogs!! His Kind personality and his willingness to help made me decide to come to this vet . I was very pleased with the service that I got today !! Dr Lauren is super awesome !!!! She's very knowledgeable she even walked me through the whole back of the house and gave me a tour before she did the x-rays and the EEG on my dog !! She took her time and did not rush!! I can't say enough good things about my visit today thank you all !!!! I look forward to joining the family !!!”

“Truly one of the best vets around, when I had taken my cat cinder to a emergency vet for vomiting and being lethargic, they were dead set on me putting cinder down that night. I left that vet with a prednisolone prescription and a number to call when I decided it was time, but the next day I found Tyler Animal Clinic and asked for a second opinion, they got me a appointment same day. The entire staff is incredibly kind and truly cares about both you and your pets. They went above and beyond for my boy to find answers as to what was wrong with him and consistently check in with me on his condition and his wellbeing even months after my initial visit. No other vet has been so caring in my experience and I truly recommend this vet to anyone I can!”
“Everyone was so kind and patient with my cat who gets veterinary anxiety. And even paused on the exam when he was becoming too stressed to further cause him any trauma. We came back the next week to finish his exam. They were very open about the side effects of vaccines and medications. Also very upfront about pricing and even helped me save a few bucks. An awesome neighborhood vet, that I will be bringing my other cat to as well!”

“Dr Carol helped my 11 yr old Birman cat with pancreatitis . He had been having increasing severe diarrhea regardless of food changes and other vet treatments. I started looking for a vet who also practiced holistic medicine and found Dr Carol. After my cat had his first treatment he started to improve and actually had a firm bowel movement for the first time in years. He goes in regularly now for vitamin c injections and he is like a new cat. Loves to play now and gaining weight. Thank you Dr Carol.”

“Solowitz has been our vet for decades. They are getting a little expensive and I understand it of course. But not sure how much longer I can afford them. Especially since they don't do payment plans anymore. I do get of course people probably screwed them out of money. But no plans isn't fair to us who have always paid them back.”
“My dog had her checkup shots and teeth cleaned. She required 2 teeth to be extracted. The doctor called twice during the procedure to inform me of her progress and to get my permission. They truly care about animals. My dog was fine afterwards and they also followed up the next day to check on her. She's been seeing Dr. MOSSER and the other vets in the practice for 4 years.”

“First appt for my son’s Great Pyrenees 8 mo old puppy. Our son/puppy are in town from Cincy. Puppy had a health issue and TLC was able to fit him in their schedule today. We will continue to use TLC vet when our son’s puppy is visiting. Friend referred us to TLC and she was correct… fantastic vet & staff. Pleased with price for services and medication.”

“Dr. Hankins and staff have been the best from top to bottom for anything we’ve ever needed for our fur babies! Dr. Hankins treats your pet like it’s a family member and nothing less. She really cares and wants nothing but what’s right and bestfor these “kids” as she calls them. My dog Rory loved going to the vet to see her, he was never afraid or anxious to be there.”
“Always an amazing experience and they never let you wait. I knew Valentino hurt his leg he was holding it up and they had me in there within the hour to have him looked at. He needs surgery and they knew right away. They also gave him an allergy shot since he is having horrible itching and he can’t take the medication due to his pancreatitis. They are so kind and gentle! I love taking my baby there. Dr. Amy was amazing and gave me all the literature on the injury and rehabilitation Valentino will need!”
“Dr Smith is the best vet I’ve ever met - thanks to her and the whole crew at 305 animal hospital for giving my dog excellent care. Buck can be a fussy dog, and they have made routine check ups, dental cleanings and tumor removals very smooth for him. Dr Smith is very precise and accurate, and she cares deeply about the animals she treats, it makes me very at ease.”
“We have been going to this clinic for years now and they have always provided top notch care from wellness checks to emergencies to chronic issues (especially Addison’s Disease) to, unfortunately, end of life services. The doctors have always been amazing, as well as the nurses and vet techs. The animal caretakers also ensure the place is clean and the boarders are well taken care of. I have to give a special shoutout to the receptionists, especially Kim and Michaela who go above and beyond in not only taking care of their clients as we come through the door but also having to put up with some very nasty people who can’t conduct themselves as adults and resort to two-year-old temper tantrums because they can’t control themselves. The entire staff of Animal Clinic of Chardon has heart and truly cares about their mission. I highly recommend!”
“Today I learned Dr.Mastrocola will not be returning to Tyler Animal Clinic. This news made such an impact. He will be missed VERY much. I always counted on him for many years. He helped care for the animals at the Humane Society as well as my personal pets. I wish him the very best. He has been such a large part of the Tyler Animal Clinic for Many, Many years. “Dr Anne Ball is amazing. kind compassionate and patient. she will not make you feel bad for wanting a holistic approach to feeding or medicating your pet. she will incorporate both traditional and holistic for the care of your pet and she will utilize email to communicate if you ask. i cant say enough wonderful things about her as well as the staff who are equally kind and compassionate.”

“Dr Thompson is fantastic! We have a very difficult dog that gets stressed out with anyone who is not her immediate family. The staff at Woodland vet is patient and caring for our dog, despite her attitude. They’re very accommodating and thorough with all the procedures she’s had to have and the staff takes the time to walk us through the medical and financial portion of each visit. We recommend visiting this office!”

While staffing shortages & vet shortages are affecting all practices right now around the country, I'm still VERY satisfied with the customer service! Dr. Carlson in particular has been really wonderful (thorough, caring & honest), although I'm also grateful to Dr. Murray too. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.”
“Meadowlands Vet takes care of all 4 of our Poms. From the doctor on down, everyone is so fantastic. They clearly love what they do and make our pets feel safe and loved. They never fear going to the vet because they know they will get extra hugs and kisses from everyone there. Their prices are fair and they never push you into doing things you don’t want or need. “Overall I like the routine check-ups from Banfield. I like how well they communicate with reminders of what's due for my dogs and reminders of appt times. The only frustrating thing I have with Banfield is trying to get same day appts. Which is virtually impossible but at times is urgently needed. Or even a day or two later is very difficult to get. That is very frustrating and upsetting. But overall I give them 4-5 stars.”
