I went in today to get a prescription card for the food my dog's vet prescribed for her. The woman at the Banfield front desk, Dawn, was friendly and helpful. She patiently walked me through the process, which was quick and easy.
If your fur baby needs prescription food, Willoughby Banfield is just the best.

Banfeild was fine for my pets wellness care and I liked the insurance- totally coordinated by them. But they didn’t help me at all with euthanasia of my 20 year old cat.
