“Long story …but I needed some damage repaired to my car door. I got two estimates. One near my house, and the dealer. (The person at fault wanted to handle it personally not through insurance)
To be fair, I got two estimates. One from 5tar and my dealer. 5 star was way cheaper. I made an appointment to get the car fixed.
They did a great job. Can’t even tell it was damaged. They even got it to me earlier than what they told me.
If I ever have another problem and need body work, it’s 5 star for me.”

“My car looks brand new!! I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, and my paint was peeling off badly on my roof, hood, and a few other areas. It was very unsightly. They re-painted my hood, roof, and a few other areas. It looks amazing, and it matches so perfectly I can’t even notice. They also touched up some minor dings on my doors from over the years. I will definitely be paying them for any other work I may need done.”

“They did a terrific job but I only gave them four stars because the owner said he would buff out the other headlight and he didn't. They fixed the bumper and replaced the other head light assembly. It looked terrific. I would use them again in the future but wouldn't pay until he did what he said he was going. Workmanship was great. Sticking to what he said he would do cost him that 5th star.”

My 2012 Suburban had some minor body damage (thanks to my husband) and my hood was peeling from a previous paint job (from another business, which was poorly done). “Sean does absolutely incredible work!! I brought my Honda CRV in with extensive damage to both the rear passenger door and the front corner and he returned it looking like a brand new car! Not only did he do pristine work, compared with the other shop Honda had recommended to me he charged half the price and did it in one third of the time. Not only that but he cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the vehicle as well! I cannot recommend him highly enough. Amazing work, super friendly, honest and professional. These guys have the best pricing.I came in a second time to get some work done on my Ram and the owner was honest with me and told me that the work could be done very easily with an at home solution and would save me lots of money. He could have told me he could fix and charged me for it but chose to save me money instead of filling his own pockets. Lots of respect for these guys.I was even offered a ride home because I didn’t have a second person come with me. Even though it was only a few minute drive it was about a 30 minute walk home. “I can't say enough nice things about Chip Bare. I would definitely recommend him for any type of collision work. My car was totaled after another driver with FOUNDER'S insurance ran a red light and T-boned me. I must have called about 20 collision repair shops that day. Chip was the only one who offered to not only help to repair my car, but also to help deal with the insurance company. He spent a lot of time just explaining the process to me and offering assistance in any way that he could. He also offered to let me keep the car on his lot without any storage fees. They ended up totaling out the car and telling me to "dispose of it myself." Chip not only offered to take care of the car, but he also offered me money for it. Good guy that cares. His staff are very friendly, too and have been in the business for many years. I would go to him in a heartbeat if I needed any collision work done in Cincinnati. He will get you in within a reasonable time frame and go above and beyond.”

“I was recommended this local business from the CarX on Winton Road. I needed to replace my car mirror on the passenger's side and wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. I called up Dan at Finneytown Collision and he recommended I stop by for him to give me a quote on replacing the mirror. The body shop is located in a convenient location near the corner of North Bend and Winton Rd. When I arrived, Dan was super friendly and informative. He gave me an estimate for replacing the mirror and the cost to paint it to match my car color if needed. The cost seemed fair, so I told him could go ahead and order the mirror. It only took 2 days for it to be replaced. My car was also in the shop at CarX for another repair and Dan went to the shop to install the mirror for me which was really nice! Highly recommend!”
