Purchased a car June 6th . Nice really car : experience was great : the issue is I am almost 90 days in : payments paid on time . Temp tags expired August 5th here we are almost 30 days expired and never got the white title nor registration. I called but due to car salesman I dealt with has quit they have to go thru corporate. I need this took care of like NOW. I now live 2 1/2 hours away so I’m going to have to waste a trip if I have to come get yet another temp tag . Idk what the confusion is . I’ve done everything on my end . So if we can figure out the hold up that would be great . I don’t have extra money to throw around for tickets for riding with expired tags that isn’t my fault!!! I need answers like 30 days ago!!”
“I purchased a car here back in December of 2024 with the help of sales associate, Jason Matthews. Jason was extremely helpful and honest throughout the whole process. February of 2025, I started having some minor issues with the car stalling. I called the service department and was matched with Aston Gerber. Aston made this process so smooth and seamless. He would not release my car back to me until the technicians found something. When they could not, he insisted they take it to the Hyundai dealership to see if they found anything. He was very persistent and ensured they found and repaired the issues I was seeing before returning my car even if the issues weren’t visible. I appreciate him understanding and advocating for me and also not giving up when the problem didn’t immediately arise. I highly recommend working with this CarMaxx location and if I need a new car in the future, I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Aston and Jason!”

The coach I purchased is a stunning 2013 Cadillac Federal Funeral Coach with plenty of service life remaining. “Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns. Buying process was good. I gave it 4 stars because my loan amount kept going up. They told me $540, then came back said $570 then when it came to signing everything with warranty payment ending up being $630
It was a bit much but it is what it is. Everyone there is great. I still call when I have questions 2 months later and they help with all my questions. I love my car and it runs great still. Great experience and I do recommend getting a car here. I love my Subaru Legacy Limited. That car called my name as soon as I seen it and we made it happen.”

“I wanted to wait a few months after the purchase, just to make sure we didn't run into any problems and I'm happy to say that all went well. We feel happy with the deal we received and Kemon was a great guy to work with. I didn't detract a star, but I do want to mention a problem we had with their administrative office (separate from this location). You may have to stay on top of them to get your title sent to you. They ended up sending mine over a month late (it took 2 phone calls from me) and the temporary tags had even expired. Sending a title this late is against OH law and could've gotten me into trouble as well had I been pulled over. But, overall, I highly recommend these guys.”

“Bought my g37 sedan here. Price was a little high for the mileage but car was really clean. Almost no rust underneath which in my opinion worth a little extra. No pressure from the sales guy or anyone else. Buying process was fast and simple, didn't try to sneak in any warranties like I've had some big name dealers do. No issues with the car at all except for a few regular wear and tear parts but that expected and wasn't needed right off the lot either. Would buy from them again.”
