Purchased a car June 6th . Nice really car : experience was great : the issue is I am almost 90 days in : payments paid on time . Temp tags expired August 5th here we are almost 30 days expired and never got the white title nor registration. I called but due to car salesman I dealt with has quit they have to go thru corporate. I need this took care of like NOW. I now live 2 1/2 hours away so I’m going to have to waste a trip if I have to come get yet another temp tag . Idk what the confusion is . I’ve done everything on my end . So if we can figure out the hold up that would be great . I don’t have extra money to throw around for tickets for riding with expired tags that isn’t my fault!!! I need answers like 30 days ago!!”

“I got hit by a drunk driver and due to that didn't have a vehicle... I had to arrange a ride an hour and a half away to look at a truck and the experience was amazing. Not only did they sell me a great truck at a great price but they stayed an extra two hours after close to finalize the deal so I didn't have to make the drive back the next day. Fantastic service. And what made it even better is I'm a question person... I have a question about everything... And he answered all of them without hesitation. Also what really put the buy over the top was right before I left they said "hey you have a long drive home let me check the oil in the truck before you go". “I spent over a week trying to get approval at a "reputable dealership" who used to be my go to for cars. I'm familiar with the car buying process and typically I am left uninformed of anything going on with approval and decisions. With Josh and Zack at the Fairfield location, everything was thoroughly explained to me throughout the whole process. For those who keep saying negative things, this is a buy here pay here lot that actually offers a warranty when most other places do not. If you got any buy here pay here, in my opinion, you should take a mechanic with you like I did. Let the mechanic look at the engine and everything before making your decision. This place is great! Friendly and willing to help you, but you must be willing to help yourself as well! I had over five vehicles to choose from and the one I choose is doing great. Also, for future buyers READ the warranty READ the loan agreement. If you don't read it, you're the one to blame for not following the contract. Stop blaming the dealer. CINCY AUTO CREDIT is where it's at!!! I highly reccomend Zach and Josh!”

“Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns. Buying process was good. I gave it 4 stars because my loan amount kept going up. They told me $540, then came back said $570 then when it came to signing everything with warranty payment ending up being $630
It was a bit much but it is what it is. Everyone there is great. I still call when I have questions 2 months later and they help with all my questions. I love my car and it runs great still. Great experience and I do recommend getting a car here. I love my Subaru Legacy Limited. That car called my name as soon as I seen it and we made it happen.”
