“If you need your truck worked on, this is the place to get it done. The staff here are amazing and the shop foreman Jimmy, truly cares about making sure the job is done right. All of the mechanics I've had the pleasure of working with have all taken pride in ensuring that the work they do is top notch.
When I first brought my truck in, it had a bunch of issues. The more these folks got into it, the more issues they found. Every step of the way, they kept us updated so we could get the truck fixed as quick as possible.
While doing the initial repairs, they informed my company and myself that we would need the head replaced soon and that there was a short somewhere along my wires for my rear axle temp sensors. We came up with the plan that when their CAT expert was redoing the head that they would tackle the electrical and the truck would be ready in two days. True to their word, two days later, she was ready and she's running great.
Because they are a dealership mechanic shop, their labor prices might be high (but on par with all other dealership mechanic shops in this area), but it is truly worth it. At this place, you honestly do get what you pay for and that is excellent service, including the fact that if something goes wrong with their work, they cover it 100 percent.”

“Everyone working the evening before the solar eclipse totally made our night! We were moments away from leaving to watch the solar eclipse in Northern Ohio, and our car had some minor issues pop up that made us nervous. They didn’t hesitate to come help us make sense of our vehicle and needs, and didn’t make us feel dumb for not really knowing what we were doing (or judging us for how dirty our cabin air filter was… it was very overdue for a change!). We troubleshooted some things until we found what we needed, and were on our way good as new in minutes!”

“We had a flat tire on our grandson's stroll. We went to a filling station to air up the tire and the stem had retracted into the tire. We saw the O'Reilly across the street and thought we would give them a try. It was close to closing time and they were SO HELPFUL!! The clerk went to the back, got an air pump, attached it to his motorcycle and pumped up the tire. I asked him if we could reimburse him for his help and he refused saying, "it's for the baby!" I wish I had gotten their names, but fantastic customer service!!”

“Great service but I bought a new tire for my car and it keeps going flat started the 1st week I got it .I talked to them about it and they said cause I didn't pay an extra $20.00 there's nothing they can do. No one told me about this when I got my tire just thought since it happened the 1st week I got it, it should have been covered. So now every other day I'm having to air up a new tire that cost a $130.00.”
