We were driving cross country and stopped to get a repair on the under body of our minivan during the Christmas holiday and they were not even officially open, but they opened up for us and did the repair for free and were so kind and helpful. They also have a terrific sense of humor And we thank God for them! My husband tried to pay them, but they said no, and they wanted to do it as a gift. It was very kind and generous of them. “Absolutely amazing service! I tried calling Walmart Auto Center for FOUR HOURS! After not being able to get ahold of them I said screw it. I’m only 19 and I’m not in Chillicothe much so I asked my grandpa if there was anywhere else, he said to try Jacks Tires. I am SO thankful, phone barely rang before someone picked up the phone. Gave me all the information I needed. I came in to get four new tires put on and balanced. Took about 45 minutes I’d say and it felt so quickly! Perfect timing in my opinion! It's really hard to get a call back about a part or an answer on the phone about 1 it's kind of turning me against this place. I don't know what happened to customer service in this world?”

My family has always trusted and relied on them and they always come through and never disappoint!”

Screw got stuck to the tire and it was making weird noises, my husband was stressing because he takes our kids to school in the morning and after school our son is having his bday party at the skating rink so we will be needing our vehicle.”
“Great service but I bought a new tire for my car and it keeps going flat started the 1st week I got it .I talked to them about it and they said cause I didn't pay an extra $20.00 there's nothing they can do. No one told me about this when I got my tire just thought since it happened the 1st week I got it, it should have been covered. So now every other day I'm having to air up a new tire that cost a $130.00.”
